Walking in to the store, I was greeted by a sharp young man named Parth. He asked me what I was looking for to which I replied an all-around pair of jogging shoes for my outdoor Martial Arts training and my planned trip to Japan. Parth pulled out a few pairs of shoes for me to try, confidently stating that the shoes was not be damaged and I could test drive them as I pleased. He also explained to me the science behind the shoes, talking about things like how high quality shoes can even reduce hip and back strain. On top of this, not having my color of shoe in the store, they special ordered one for me and had it shipped to my home free of charge. Finally... and here is where the 5 stars come... Parth and the store manager (Shiri) took a look at the scratches on my dress shoes that I was wearing. They then proceeded to apply a leather lotion to make the damage less visible and even took out some bends in my shoe with some special heat machine in the back... free of charge! Anyhow, I highly recommend this store for the service and quality. Do be prepared to pay a good sum, though--my made in USA New Balance shoes came out to $150! --- Also, I was having a problem with my shoe tongue constantly slipping out. I came back a week later to ask what was wrong and Jessie helped me out with the simple solution: to tie the laces through the tongue holder (a vertical strip of cloth designed to keep the tongue in place).

I placed an order online. At the time the web site didnt say that the shoes were on back order. After waiting for them , I called customer service and the CSR said that the shoes were indeed on b/o so I canceled the order. A week later I look at my bank account online and there is a neg balance! Footwear etc had taken the money out and shipped my shoes. This transaction led to a neg balance and cost me several bank fees. I called Cust Service and the woman said that she didnt understand what happened and would gladly refund my money to my bank after I sent the shoes back. 7-10 business days later the shoes have been receieved by footwear ect, but my money has not gone back in. I am a single mother of a special needs child and this poor customer service rep has cost be a fortune and my son missed his last week of school and graduation because I could not get him to school because I didnt have any money

Ordered online for a holiday for the wife, first the shoes were lost in shipping for a day then when they arrived they were the wrong shoe! I should have just ordered from Amazon but these folks offered a lower price. They have offered to try & find the correct shoes and overnight them as the holiday is August 8th, however Im skeptical that the shoes I ordered were sent to someone else. Ill update next week when I see what happens.They corrected this, overnight-ed me the correct shoes & took a % off my order, great folks!

Really like this store. I have bad feet and need to get shoes that accommodate orthotics. They have great brands and good advice. Very happy to find this value center! Better prices and larger selection than the other locations I usually go to.
