Tucked away behind Minklers Natural Foods on Airport Way in Renton, you might easily miss the Wide Shoes Store that caters to those of us with expanding feet! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, with a great selection of well known brands in wider sizes. No more blistered feet after finding the right walking shoe with a wide toe box. Who knew the solution to a painful continuing problem was so simple! No more blistered feet, and I can now double the amount of walking time each day as a result. Great specialty shoe store!! You may pay a bit more than expected, but your feet will thank you....

For a small shoe store, the selection was fairly decent. I was able to select a pair of shoes that fit my needs and my feet easily. The prices are about what I would expect. About 20% or more than Amazon or zappos. The service was nothing amazing. I walked in, they said hi. I asked for a shoe in a certain size, they got it for me. I asked for a different size, they got it for me. I bought it and left. Ill definitely be back, simply because I have trouble finding shoes that are wide enough for my foot.

If I could rate a ZERO I would...I was offered no assistance, at all, but a couple that came in after me, by a few minutes had both associates try and help them. It seemed to be racially motivated and that hurts even more. My search for 2 pairs of shoes will bringe elsewhere today, September 17, 2016.

Normal stores have maybe a few shoes in a single wide. Here they have shoes that come in single, double and even triple wide. They even measure your foot shape, and recommend which shoes will work best for you. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable, Ill definitely be back.

Best experience shopping here. They measured my foot AND arch, and suggested shoes that actually would fit my feet well. I have stupid wide feet & long arches, but I was able to find several pairs of shoes I love. Knowledgeable & helpful.

What a great find while visiting family from Ca. My husband needs very wide shoes which are hard to find . We got 5 pairs, a great variety. The store has a good selection and the people are service oriented, a rare find today!

For a small shop its amazing. They measure your feet individually and really listen if you have issues or need special orthotics. I buy all my shoes here now.
