1/19/15 Several years ago I lived pretty close to the DSW in Dublin and I can remember going in from time to time and finding a pair that I liked. Ive never been much of a shoe person, and I dont really like shopping, so its nice when I can have a big selection in front of me and just walk around until something catches my eye. This afternoon I perused the shoes at the new DSW Pleasant Hill. My husband recommended I go in there since he recently had good luck. The womens "dressy" shoes to me seemed like they were all either simple flats with not much design, or a super high heel - Im 59" so I dont need much of a heel and wanted something lower, but not flat. I didnt really see any kitten heels; nothing really work-appropriate. I found one awesome pair with a low heel but they were almost out of them. They had 3 boxes left, none in my size, and I dont know if they keep any in the back. I wanted to ask someone, but... I would have loved some assistance of any kind since I was probably just looking in the wrong places, but several aisles of shoes and no worker approached me - so I went next door to Marshalls and found two adorable (and professional) pairs of shoes for work - for $19 and $23, much less than I was about to spend in here.

Huge shoe store with a good selection This store has rows and rows of shelves full of shoe boxes. Each style has all of its available sizes right there on the shelf. Sometimes the size selection can be spotty. In that case, track down an associate and ask them to locate the item you want in another store.

This DSW location is huge, and it is keep clean and organized! I would like to see more staff helping to find some of the items we are looking for, but since it is keep organized, it is just a matter of time! Really like that they offer socks, hats, and shoess cleaners and accessories!

I was there for a special members bonus shopping event. They didnt have the shoes I wanted but they ordered them online for me so I got the member points! I also got some really cute crew socks with cats on them. I have not been able to find cute crew socks anywhere lately.

Decent prices, but the sales associates are very nice and helpful. Place smells so nice and clean. You can tell this location takes pride in store cleanliness.

Large selection of shoes to choose from. Staff seemed friendly. However, not many styles had size 10 or higher in stock and I had to purchase online.
