Have been doing business with Pet Town since they used to be located in the "barn" over by QVC (a long time ago). Besides all the other nice things I could say I can speak directly about the quality of their products. We bought a simple dog collar and name tag there three years ago for our golden retriever. No big deal, but we live by the water (salt water) and our dog is in it every single day all year round. Shes actually know around here as "the dog thats always in the water". That collar and even the name tag are still in great shape.

Rude and incompetent.....I only live a mile from them................but I will drive twenty miles to get my supplies somewhere else.......these people know nothing about customer service.....shouldnt be in business long........... UPDATE: TOLD YOU SO......YOU CANT TREAT CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY DID AND STAY IN BUSINESS.....JUSTICE IS DONE

These people are actually great at what they do! Very polite staff! Even if some of the items they have are a bit pricey but the cause of that is they are a small business and not big like Petco or Petsmart. And they know what they are talking about. Especially when it comes to fish unlike the other big stores. Wonderful place!

Dog Grooming nightmare..very unprofessional job..his nails werent even clipped, feet and ears and boy parts untouched! A professional groomer was appalled at the job. I have to wait until his shaved body grows some to even have it fixed..(last thing we said?, not too short)..

Very friendly service. They were able to make appointments in a timely manner. Good with my two cocker spaniels who are difficult to groom. Clean and attractive store. Nice to support the local economy and employees.
