On Wednesday night last week my water pump on a 2005 Mercedes E320 seized-up leaving me broke down 3.2 miles from AutoZone with my 78 year old mother in the car. I called and there was a 50/50 chance that the one they had in stock would fit. I walked in and met Tony Lopez. This guy is great. When I arrived he had already pulled the part. He then walked the part out to my car and meticulously went bolt-by-bolt to make sure it was the one that fit. He helped me gather what I would need to repair my vehicle, located the tools I would need and told me that If I needed anything else to let him know. He also told me he would be closing at 9PM. Thats when he went above a beyond. He came out just before 9 to make sure I had all I needed and then rolled up his sleeves to help me get the part back on the car. Most guys would have said hope you will be ok and just leave. Not this guy! He stayed with us until the last bolt was on. A lot of things had to go right for me to be able to get home that night and I am sure God was in the details. I just thank Him and AutoZone for having a guy like Tony there to make what could have been a very bad experience one I will never forget.

Outrageous customer support! Needed to change out the break pads plus rotors on my Ford Fiesta and the staff was amazing. Had difficulty with the lug nuts as the shop that last worked on my car striped the nuts. AutoZone worked with us providing advice and assistance to help out. They had the right tools and advice. Calling the dealership was a joke as they said it was going to cost just over $500 to change out the breaks plus rotors and then was informed that if there were other issues the cost could be additional cost around $170. The folks at AutoZone helped me get the right equipment and parts to do the job below 200. And next time parts alone will only run me $140. 140 vs 500 is a great deal especially when it only took maybe hour and a half of work tops. And I almost forgot, a former employee loaned us a set of tools the push the calipers back in on the break so that we wouldnt accidentally ruin them buy using a C-clamp. All in all, it was a great experience and we are very happy to leave nearby the store.

The zombie apocalypse 101

Horrible Experience. Brought in my battery to have it charged. A guy there put it on a tester and it showed low voltage. He told me its bad and I needed a new battery. Didnt sound right to me cause Ive only had the battery for a sort time. Anyway, I told him to charge it and test it again after. He wasnt very happy about having to do any work, but took the battery. I got a call later that day saying that the battery was no good. I still did not believe him. I bought a battery charger at Harbor Frieght for $29.95 and charged it myself. Nothing wrong with the battery. Works perfectly. These guys are a joke! Lazy! Ill never go there again and I would not recommend them to anyone period.

Andre was exceptionally helpful - went above and beyond standard customer service and very professional. He was able to quickly determine exactly which battery I needed, he carried it out to my car and brought my old battery in from my car. It was a pleasure to work with Andre, Ive been in the store before and not had great customer service but I will return because of Andre. Thanks!

If I could give this place a half of one star ⭐️ I would. The quality of customer service was terrible. I had a messed up fuse and couldnt get to the fuse box, I asked for help & the guy that works there was no help, he said "if it comes with the car,its supposed to work" then he walked off.
