Went in on Thursday afternoon at 4:12, they had two cashiers and I had 3 people in front of me and 3 behind me in the checkout line... why did it take 13 minutes for me to get checked out? Slow service... I wont be back to this location. Unless I really need use my BofA reward points - even then, that might not be worth the wait!

System of Worship

Half of the staff have no idea what car parts are, and recommendations are a joke. I buy online so I can search my own parts and pick them up on the way home from work. That part is usually done correctly. Also use the online buying code shown at the top of your screen and get 15 - 20% off your order.

I went to Advance to get wiper blades for my brother in law since its raiming and he is stuck at work with a car that needs blades. Was unable to purchase the blades since the doors were locked! This was at 8:40 and it is suppose to close at9! Could not be more dissapointed.

The entire staff lacked in automotive knowledge and refused to honor a warranty I also spoke to the store manager who also got an attitude and refused to help me, avoid this location
