I went there to get a battery tested for a buddy of mine that is deployed overseas. The guy behind the counters name was Nate. He welcomed me into the store, took the battery off my hands and tested it for me. Nate told me he would charge it for me free of charge, just come back and pick it up in 3-4 hours. Very professional, and courteous towards the customer. Nate is doing an awesome job and I will recommend to anyone.

Terrible service. I needed a battery for my truck at 850PM. They refused to do it citing the time being close to closing. Went across the street to oreilly and they had me going at 905pm. Stay away from advance.
