I wish I could give 0 stars!!! First of all this store has some of the worst customer service ever. An associate tried to handle my problem when she should have gotten a manager and was very rude. Just went to return a Christmas gift the we already had and was told they do not do returns without a receipt, all I wanted was store credit. After making a huge deal I was told the gift my mother in law spent $23 for a month before was now $6.95 and they would only give me 70% less than that!?!?!? I called corporate to complain and was unable to understand 90% of what the women I talked to said so Im sure my complaint will go real far. They also never have any of the items they advertise in the sale flyers in stock. I will never purchase anything for my 2 children from there again. I will also make sure no one else does either!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Christmas gift online that had already been purchased by another family member. When my order arrived I attempted to return it "hassle free store return" to my local store. I was informedo I could only receive merchandise credit for my brand new unopened Lego set because I had purchased it online. Apparently this is their store policy! So buyer beware you will have to waste money return shipping your items if you expect to haeve your credit card refunded! I would encourage you to make your purchase at the many other retailers who sell exactly the same things.

So pissed. Go to order my son his play set at ToysRUS and they say "Order in store for free Delivery" and "Available in Store".....Well the price online shows double the price and available but in person they say they cant get it....even though ....its available. I can still order it online lol. Talking with customer service and they say well the website doesnt update that quick but you can still order it online......FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE....Waste of time and gas. Stop screwing people over. I see this at all the big chain stores!

Really awesome store for parents to shop with/ for their kids and babies. Wide variety of a lot of things. Really neat place. Family friendly atmosphere. Really nice people and good service/help.

The prices are slightly higher, but the inventory is great. I have found many toys here that the big box stores do not carry. Keep an eye out for their sales on video game characters.

Its the place to find all things kids toys. Some of the prices seem high, otherwise its great to get the little ones something special.
