- Went to ToysRus with my girls to get some Monster High dolls today - There was a tag in front of one of them, hanging, that said "All Dolls and Accessories 20% off" - We got our 3, took it to the register, and they rung up without the discount - Cashier radioed someone who turned out to be the "supervisor" to check for the discount; his reply: "I dont see any discount" - I walked back quickly to the isle were the dolls were, where "supervisor" was standing and behold, no tag... And the doll that was behind the tag was swinging as if bumped - I asked him why that particular doll was swinging, and he replied "I check for the tag behind that one"... - I said what happened to the tag, and he said there was no tag - I confronted him and he kept denying. I was not seeing things, and my daughters saw the tag as well - "supervisor" eventually said he would still give me the 20%, as if I was seeing things - Yes, I demanded to speak with the manager and she was great and I explained how "supervisor" is trying to hide this from me, and to please verify my story by video; I somehow doubt some other shopper came up within 3 minutes of walking away from the dolls and removed the tag - The manager was kind enough and still extended the discount, but I did not accept it in principle - My only thought is the tag was left inadvertently and "supervisor" knew it, and tried to pull a fast one; I would have been happy to have accepted that the tag was no longer available as mistakes happen, no problem. - Target got my business - I wonder if this has happen before when we shopped there and I didnt notice?

I came in looking for an item I saw was in stock online. They were doing remodeling so the items I needed were all in a cart. Instead of rifling through without asking I asked a manager if it was okay since they were just sitting while they waited to be put up. I would have been fine if the answer was no, but the manager chose to have an insanely rude tone and tell me "nice try." I intended to spend $100+ but now I wont be planning on coming back. Awful service multiple trips.

I had a crib and changing table shipped to this store. I have called the past 3 days, multiple times a day to ask if it arrived and to set up delivery. No one has answered the phone and after 5 minutes of ringing, the phone goes off the hook.

Its a nice place, clean and the employees are nice. Unfortunately everything is 20% more expensive than pretty much any other brick-and-mortar store and 30% more expensive or more than say Amazon or Ebay

Took a while to get someone to help us. Even when we did, they had no idea where a product was in their department, even though their computer claimed there were at least 2 in stock

-Is your average store. -When you try to do a return without a receipt they want to give you $2 back for your item which is a rip off.
