Had a great experience tonight at Toys R Us in Manassas. We went to purchase a new bike for our 6 year old grandson. While in the bike section we were greeted by an employee (I think it was the store manager). She assisted us the entire time showing us different options and even helping us find the coolest helmet. After bringing the bike to the front for us she ensured that we got through the check-out process quickly! Thanks!!

The store claims theyre open until 8 pm on Sunday. But upon my arrival the sign states that they close at 7 pm. Everytime I come here theres only 1 register open whether theres 10 people or 2 people waiting to check out. Literally the worst Toys"R"Us Ive ever visited. They will no longer get my buisness.

Store is always pretty clean. Seem kids have to always go to the bathroom when we go in here and have been surprised at how clean they are so not as reluctant to use them when we go in. They have a pretty good variety and staff is always friendly and helpful,

The place is a little run down and it always seem on the edge of being total chaos. Their selection of toys is always good though, even if finding someone who works there can be difficult.

This store seems to get less business than the other stores in northern VA and that mean a far better selection of clearance items and last season toys on sale.

Horrible. this place had a babies r us inside but barely any walkers! STOCK UP ON BABY WALKERS. Most especially the PINK ONES TOO.

Prices are quite high but its a decent store and the could have more little girls pools selection
