Called inquiring if they had any of these Hatchimals in stock and was told yes. Only work about 10 min away. got there and they were gone. Figures, they are very popular, this years "gotta have it" toy. Then O watched another customer walk up to the "Employees Only" door, knock on it and saw an employee hand this customer Hatchimals. Was told on the phone they do not hold these because they are hard to find. Instead a dirt bag employee called either a family member or a friend, hid them, waited for said friend to show up and handed them off. And they wonder why they are 35 and still working at a low paying retail job. what a farce. Hopefully the manager fires the employee. They are probably selling them on ebay for $200 too.

The employees here are completely incompetent and also dont care at all. Any time I have a question they can barely throw a passing answer to me without any knowledge or investigation. The place is also extremely run down. The Greece TRU seems to be run/managed better and the staff seems kinder but I dont have enough experience to really recommend. When retail should be begging for customers they squander what should be their one unique characteristic - in-person customer service - through inept and poorly managed representatives and a very poor showroom.

I called and asked a question, then was asked would i hold. I was left on hold for 10 minutes. She finally comes back and asked how can I help you. Managers excuse was that they had a rush. Im sorry but Im a customer calling, just because im not face to face with you doesnt mean i should be treated any differently. Not an acceptable excuse.

Very clean and tidy. Lots of selection and they offer a decent variety of sales on products. I went to buy a Nerf blaster and was very surprised by the selection in stock. The staff are also very friendly and polite.

Generally a good store but one of the managers, Cindy, is absolutely miserable. Im not sure how I keep encountering her, but everytime its as though she goes out of her way to make the entire experience difficult.

I dont know what people like complaining for. You cannot find everything little thing to moan about. The store is beautiful and stocked. Always got helped when I needed it. Here take 6 stars

very bad experience. They sell broken toys at a clearence price, then you cant exchange it. Just waste time
