Some things were very pricey for K-Mart and they didnt have the vacuum cleaner bags I always use even though I bought the vacuum(Bissels Zing) from K-Mart (best one I ever had). There were also no employees around when I needed something. My grand dtr. ran and found someone for me twice and also for another lady. Upon checking out the machine wouldnt accept the chip in the card of the person in front b of me and then the same happened to me. Their ATM was also out v of order. Frustrating. I preferred the K-Mart on Walden Ave.

Will NEVER shop at kmart again due to their ridiclous return policy!!! Bought something on 7-4-17 tried to return on 8-13-17 UNOPENED and they wouldnt take it back because it was ovet 30days. Wouldnt even give me store credit!!! Walmart and target would never reject a customer return. Lost a customer

I walked in thinking "k mart has classy cute clothes, Ill be able to at least get a few shirts" and I walked out empty handed because the selection of clothing is disturbingly ugly and overpriced. Plus they are selling at least 60% long sleeved clothes. Anyone realize its summer time?

Even though I live less than a mile from the kmart on hertel ave. In buffalo, I will make the 25 min drive to west seneca because the customer service is a thousand times better!

Used to have a food court with seating. Now since it closed you cant find a place to sit anywhere. Other then that its general merchandise store. Clothes, kids toys, the works

Sometimes can find good stuff here, but I generally find that a lot of Kmarts own-brand products can be pretty subpar. Also, its frequently kind of dingy.

Staff seems to not care and not well informed, and what is with all the paper when you get your receipt, it just keeps coming and coming

Great prices and selection, but please turn your AC on. I would of stayed longer but it was to warm in there.

Kmart is the best, they have lower prices than Walmart and Target. Plus they have celebrity brands.

Staff is not well trained. Managers are rude and offer no solution. Store is unorganized.
