Agreed with Jon. Its the worst Staples store I have experienced so far. I bought a laptop online - the recent HP deal, then they sent out a $50 off coupon. I was told I can return to store and re-buy from the store so that I can use the coupon. But the assistant manager there, Mrs. Bev Smith, had an attitude towards me - she would not allow that to happen after talking to someone on the phone. Then I tried to call the customer service to clarify their policy - but they were slow. At the end, I just wanted to return it and make it clear that was not fair, but she refused to return it for me and took my coupon away, and walked back to her office. She said she wanted me out of the store, and even threatened me to call the police to remove me. I had no idea whats got in her mind, but this is the worst ever!!I am going to make a complaint about the assistant manager.

I called yesterday for an computer part, was told it was in after the guy put me on hold to go check for it. I gave him the specifics and even the diffrence between the one I need and the look alike. I went on my lunch break only to discover it was the look alike, when I asked if it would work seeing is how it was very close in design and got the same look you get when asking someone how to disarm a nuclear bomb. They really dont know anything and they all direct you to someone else. But!! atleast when I called they actually did take the time to go check for the part which is more then other stores did including radio shack who said "we dont have that part in" after I left staples I went over to radio shack and plucked the part off the shelf. Got home and part still didnt fix the problem.. Geesh what a day

Came in a a busy Sunday afternoon and the employees were helpful and kind. I needed to print an Amazon return label and leave the packages to be returned and in the midst of assisting two other customers as well, I was assisted, given a label pouch for the label, and not even charged for the printing of the label. I feel like office supply stores get a lot of crap because they are often understaffed(not their fault) and people are generally impatient jerks. I was pleased to see the other two customers in the print center being kind and patient with the employees. Great experience, highly recommend.

It was my first time going to this Staples. Any Staples for that matter. I already had a preconceived negative idea about this one because of the negative reviews I had read from other people. When I went in, it was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. The store was very organized. After shopping for a while, an associate asked me if I needed any help. And most importantlyn, the cashier accepted the Staples coupons that I printed online for thier Better Binders which comes in all colors. I had a very good experience there and I will be coming back for office needs.

I had an absolutely AMAZING and EXCELLENT experience with this staples. The manager, John, went above and beyond what I would expect any store to do, especially a chain, to help me with my order I inadvertently put in from Hampton Roads (I assumed we had a pick up store here). He really made my day and holidays. It is customer service like this that every business should strive to have. The calendars are also very high quality and the design function was very simple. Purchased an office chair - a nice one - online and paid for assemble. Staples will not assemble the chair prior to shipment. Instead you must make an appointment for someone to come to your home - a week or more after delivery. Unlike most reliable organizations, these technicians dont have to show up even when you have a firm appointment and have taken half a day off from work to accommodate them. Plan on two afternoons off from work if you order assembly. If you want office furniture look elsewhere.

The print and shipping center is reasonably quick and efficient. Though they have recently stopped taking USPS packages for drop off. The store itself has a wide selection of items, but is missing a selection of basic office supply items (such as triangle pencil grips). A lot of them prices are slightly above average, but if you need a specific type of paper this is the place.

Customer service sucks. They wouldnt help me resolve an issue so I had to call the 1800 number from my home to get the information I needed. Why couldnt they call for me while I was there? Its not like there were many customers in the store. Surely someone couldve helped but no. Now I see why there were so few customers in there. I will never go back to this store again.

Really disappointed. They didnt have most of the items in the school supply flyer and the store was a mess. The cashier asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I said, "No, I actually didnt." Her response? Oh. No follow up question or attempt to help. Its a shame. Staples is more convenient than Office Depot, but...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are a little slow at answering the phone but only when super busy with folks in the store. Crazy good deals on storage devices and various other things. Only place I shop at for office stuff
