I went to this best buy to purchase an apple watch. Target had it on sale for $299 while they had it on for $399. Before I get started I had best buy gift cards to use towards the purchase or else I wouldve just gone to Target. My first encounter was a guy who said they couldnt price match it because it came from a marketplace ( very short with words, kinda rude) . I didnt do my research fully as I didnt remember seeing it in a marketplace but I said ok and left to do my research. After doing my research when I got home I found out Target was actually selling this in store at $299. I called the customer service number and talked to Barbara who was wonderful. She instructed me that if its in the store they should honor the price and gave me a case number. The next day I called back to the store to make sure everything was copacetic. I was told by the associate that everything was good. I asked him please make sure before I made a trip. He asked his manager who told him they couldnt honor it because " target got them from an unknown vendor and are selling them". This made me really upset because I read the price match guarantee thoroughly and they were just making up something. I asked the associate what does where Target get their product from selling in store has to do with your price match guarantee. Even the associate agreed with me. He encouraged me to bring the case number to the store. I elected to go the Williamsburg store and had no problem they matched it and verified with the Target next door. Done in 10 minutes. Even they said they didnt know why they wouldnt honor it. I called and spoke to the manager named Tiffany. She spent the time just quiet and telling me thats what they were told that they were through a 3rd party vendor. I asked why didnt anyone look deeper into what the customer was saying, and I had to travel an additional 30 mins and they did exactly that in 10 minutes. She gave me no response. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE NAME OF THE GAME. The management team here needs some lessons. I mentioned to her she sounds like she didnt care. She just apologized. Apologies doesnt mean anything if your tone says otherwise. No care about what I experienced at all. She had me on speakerphone and everything. I mentioned her reviews she sounded like she could care less. I was thinking but might me kinda of reaching but false advertisement. I was just really disappointed that you have price match guarantee but dont know the specifics.

Ive been a customer here for the past 2 years and never really checked the reviews. I will agree that these men and women ARE just looking to make a paycheck so they might "follow" you a bit. Its because this store doesnt get many customers so the workers are competing for commission and want to so to say, "mark their territory before another worker does". They are pushy salesmen bc thats how Best Buy trains them. Pushy salesmen tend to do well bc ALOT of people cant say no and walk away. They will take the deal, complain about the pushy service on social media, and maybe call corporate who doesnt care bc theyre the ones teaching it. Now as to why I give it 5 stars. If youre like me and care about getting your product in a timely manner (specifically pre ordered). They mean business and will get you in and out as quickly as possible. They also tend to have better pre order deals than Gamestop and even the Microsoft/Sony stores. Lastly, when it comes to the products Ive bought here, I have never had to return anything due to damages. And anything Ive bought from other stores that I need fixed have been fixed in a timely manner with great help from the geek squad. Last note, to the people who are complaining about workers not knowing where things are: these guys work for a specific brand so they might only work Microsoft, or Sony, or Samsung. So yes, in a big electronics store they might not know where 1 specific product is UNLESS you go to the right section. AND if you need HELP with something dealing with returns and broken products, go to the GEEK SQUAD guys immediately. Not the salesmen. As you can see, I love this best buy and its bc of the product quality and fast paced purchase. I dont like the hastle of going to Gamestop or another game store to have a real GEEK awkwardly trying to converse with me. Im here to buy, not make friends bro.

Best buy I would like to thats a bad buy 한국 여러분 베스트 바이 에서 물건을 살때 기분이 좋아셨죠 근데 문제 생길쓸때 제대로 해결 받아셨나요 ?저의 삼촌이 작년에 거기서 노트북을 사셨어요 근데 바이러스 생겼어 올해 4월 중순즘 거기서 바이러스 스캔늘 샀는데 거기 직원이 제일 좋은 거라고 그리고 다운로드까지 다 했주고 (당연히 우리 돈까지 다 내죠 )끝나고 노트북 주면서 여기 바이러스 가 지워지고 깨끗이 근데 몇일전에 노트북 혼자 꺼다가 켜다가 노래도 나오고 그래서 제가 봐드리게요 가져왔는데 이거 뭐야 사기구먼 작년부터 올해까지 있는 바이러스 그대로 있어요 지금 환불해달라고해도 안해주고 완전 노인 한테 사기치는거잖아요 이거 customer service really horrible 우리 Amazon 에서 어떤 물건 샀어드라고 customer service was really really great they will do anything to keep their are customers. So what is customer service that mean is if you make customers hapy they will give you their are money from their pocket buy your products, but if not then good luck you will lose your business.

( no sim insert SIM card) on my note 2. need repair. on the galaxy note 2 there is no removeable SIM card, its imbedded into the phone. Purchased what was supposed to be a new unopened Sony television $$$. Upon returning home and opening the box, I found finger prints all over the television screen. Upon further inspection of the box I found a return receipt from a previous customer. The receipt stated that the television was damaged "bleeding light around the corners". According to the return receipt, The tv was serviced by best buys geek squad and deemed unrepairable. Called Best Buy notified them of the problem and asked them to pick up the damaged television; they refused to do so. Upon taking the television back to the Best Buy store, discoved that the customer service rep that assisted my return was the original rep who accepted the damaged television from the previous customer (name was on the receipt). She stated that shed didnt know how this could happen. I will tell you how it could happen. You haphazardly repackaged a damaged tv with the hopes that you customer base would be none the wiser. Your intent was to pass on the damaged product to unsuspecting consumers with the hope that the condition of the damage would be excepted. A hint Best Buy not at that price point. This is just blatant disregard to the customer on best buys part. If Best Buy is willing to use these tactics with big ticket items... Then Their deception is boundless. Best Buy as a whole is failing brand. A brand that peaked in 2009 and has since been on a steady decline. The attempt to sell damaged merchandise as new proves this. Customers please beware and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Best Buy does seem like a dying brick and mortar brand due to online retailers, but from the rare time to time we still need to come here. Most recently my friend and I came looking for the new Google Pixel phone, but lets just say that he left furious. While we knew that this was a brand new hot commodity sold out already in many other stores, not a single one of the staff here made the experience any better. We walked up to a group of 4 staff working a booth near the phone section and he asked if they have the Pixel in, she just said "No." So he asked, "Do you know when it may be in?" Again, without even really looking at him squarely, "No. " Growing agitated and just trying to get any helpful info at all out of her, "So online before I came, the Best Buy website actually said you all had it in stock. I can show you the page right now." We got a reply akin to "you cant trust our site; it may lie". He then asked, "Well is there any way that I can find out at all from anyone when you may get it in stock like the website says?" Reply, "Its on a truck. We dont know when its coming." We basically walked out after this as she didnt once consult anyone standing next to her, didnt even seem to attempt to look anything up on her terminal when surely somewhere some manager knows when a shipment is due to arrive. The end. We just went back to relying on online ordering through Amazon.
