I came in today feeling quite terrible after dropping my phone and breaking the display on my Samsung Note5. However, one of their employees, who I believe is named Troy, helped me out by immediately taking it into the back and letting me know that it was fixable. I decided to wait while they fixed my phone, during which their manager, Andrew, asked me if I needed anything by offering me water and someone to talk to. While I waited, another kind employee, whose name I did not catch, also briefly spoke with me and told me she was glad I made it to their store, as I had spoken to her on the phone briefly prior. Their staff is very friendly and in addition to being very kind and easy to interact with, Andrew also threw in a tempered glass screen protector free of charge!! All in all, my experience with the staff here has been very positive. If any other phone troubles come up in the future, I will definitely be back as their business is well-maintained and their staff is wonderfully friendly, in addition to having a great sense of humor and a very positive attitude throughout the day! 10/10 will come back.

Terrible service. Not sure why others have given it such a great rating, but beware! Phone was not fixed, but I was compelled to pay for the service with no warranty as I was told by the manager! Stay away from this store. Called corporate office to voice my complaint as well but no response as promised. Phone missing parts. Totally worthless and ruined my Sony phone. . Missing screws and cheap replacement screen without proper sealant. If you got cheap iPhone then this the place!

Usually if your in a jam people try to take advantage of your distress and rob you for even the simplest jobs, they were very affordable! Stopped in today with a precision GPS docking station. Andrew, the owner was very knowledgeable and soldered the power supply on better than new! I would definitely recommend coming here for repairs small and large. They have the know-how and tools to get the job done! Thanks guys, Keep up the good work!

Andrew, the gentleman helping me, was very helpful and honest. He explained to me what might be going on with the phone, the cost of the potential fix, and the possibility that it might be beyond repair. I opted to go with the proposed fixed and he had it finished under half an hour! I was a walk in near closing time, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

My first visit to CPR - dropped my iPhone for the zillionth time and the home button wouldnt work. Friendly tech fixed it less than 5 minutes and charged me nothing, zip, zilch, nada, nyet! I have been charged $50 for this same repair in Smalltown, Pennsylvania... Adds to making my move to B-more a much more pleasurable one!

Thought I was going to have to pay for a new charging port on my iPhone 6. The associate said bring it by and maybe a deep clean and dust removal would fix the problem Ive tried this with a paper clip with not the best results. He cleaned it in 2 minutes and no charge. Phone works perfectly now. Honest and helpful!

They are AMAZING!! I brought in my Nintendo 3DS with a broken joystick and stripped screws and they installed the new joystick in about an hour. They didnt even charge me for installation! The staff was knowledgably and very helpful! I cant recommend these guys highly enough!!

My phone camera broke. Was about to pay $500 for new phone. Last minute i thought, hey self- see if u can get it repaired. Took it to this place. In 15 minutes they fixed my camera. So, these guys saved me $450 and a phone replacement which i did not want. I highly recommend them.
