I just wanted to get a Mac book pro thats it they didnt need to sell me on it or anything. I tried getting help buying a Mac book when I first walked in but no one was around hey no problem. I walked around picking up my other items I wanted and kept my eye out for someone to help me w my Mac book but couldnt find anyone. After I got all my other items I went back to the computer section and still couldnt find anyone. After waiting around for 10 min yes I literally timed it along with getting ignored by a manager when I tried to ask for help. I finally had to go over to the cell phone section and find someone. A nice guy came over and got on his radio asking for someone to help me. The guy was very nice and said Im sry this isnt my Dept and Im w a customer right now but someone should be coming. Hey great thanks for helping me guy was great and very nice. So the guy thats supposed to help me shows up he smells literally smells w greasy hair still idc I just wanna buy this computer. I literally say I want to buy this computer in silver not the grey thats on display do you have it. He says hold on let me look online. He literally just goes to Best buys website to see if its in stock. I know they do cuz I did the same thing before I came it would have been faster to order it online and pick up in store. Smelly kid then takes another 5 min waiting on his phone to load and yes they do have it. So finally I get to pay smelly kid moves slower than a turtle and even after I tell him I dont want the service plan I have to hear all about it anyways. Stay away from this Best buy if you need help with anything other wise its faster to just order online and pick up in store. Ive never had so much trouble spend $1700 in my life.

Best buys new kitchen and Home section under the name "Pacific" is a complete waste of time. Not only did I have severe damage to the washer that had to be replaced immediately (one food dent and 10" scratch that went through the side wall of the washer) but we could not see if there was damage to the dryer. Needless to say dryer had a "Check Vent" warning light come on every time it was being used. When I called they said they were arranging for some one to come out and trouble shoot the issue, and they would replace it if deeded. However, after taking the day off, they only sent the delivery guys back out to check that they did not crush the silver vent at the rear of the machine ! Where was the repair technician ? Called them back, and was told they dont send out techs until they check that the vent is not crushed ? I already told them that there was a nice "S" shape to the vent at the back ! What a waste of time !

I spent 4 hours at Best Buy yesterday during the 50 hour sale. A good part of the time was spent waiting to talk to an associate - no problem they were very busy. The associate was very helpful and i made some choices. He printed out the materials for me so i could make sure the dimensions worked in my house. He assured me the sale price was good thru Sunday. Checked the dimensions everything worked went back the next day and one of the items was on the weekly sale not the 50 hour sale so the price could not be honored. 300 dollar difference and both of the printouts provide me had 50 hour sale prominently displayed. I have been a long time Best Buy supporter no longer. Talked to numerous people in the chain and no satisfaction. Last time for me. This was the Bel Air store but i also called the customer service line so it is corporate.

They dont even deserve one star. My daughters cell phone broke so we go get it replaced by sneek (geek)squad. They cant replace her 5c iPhone so they send a gift card. Nice right? Well we go pick a new phone get everything taken care of and i only pay $30 for tax, no biggie. The store did not have any cases in stock for the phone so we figured get one online. Kid drops the phone... Ok lets get this one replaced. Best buy says " Sorry, you dont have a protection plan on this phone." Wait, what! I figured it transfered over from the other phone, they never asked me about a protection plan when purchasing the new phone. Best buy "Sorry." I went to corporate, still fighting these no good rat b$!×!ts! Highly irritated. Worst customer service ever at all levels. Never using Best Buy again!

2nd time there is 4 months regarding my Ipod. Bought orginial Ipod 4/1/15 with a 1 yr best buy warranty. In June Ipod audio portion became defective and you could hear music but no vocals. Took it to Best Buy and they had to request a refurbished ipod, they wont give you new one any longer..clain they are governed by Apple. So recieved a refurbished ipod approx. 5 days later. Now today my refurbished Ipod wont charge, only after 2months!! So go back to Best Buy and tell them now this Ipod is defective and doesnt work! They hand me a paper with my Ipod info on it and say go to Geek Squad online and file a claim for another refurbished one!!! WOW thanks for your wonderful help for NOTHING!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We have been Best Buy customers for a long time - this one experience has given me no faith in their customer service and their lack of professionalism. We spent $1700 on a washer/dryer, we waited 8hrs to have it delivered and it never came. After talking to 7 different people their solution was to schedule us for another delivery 7 days later... No one called to say it wasnt coming and no one could seem to make the issue right. We had a great buying experience with our salesman and with the guy on the phone who processed my return because I refused to wait another week... Never again will I waste my time with this company!

There are only a few things that will distinguish individual stores in a retail chain like this: Customer Service, Inventory, and Location. This Best Buy has THE BEST customer service staff I have yet to encounter. We just moved to a new home, and Best Buy is one of our go-to places for certain electronics (not cables though, Best Buy in general overcharges tremendously some times up to 10x the value of cables). They have incredibly professional staff, which have fielded all of our questions and theyve always made good on our orders when things dont work. Minus one star for bungling up our Magnolia order though :(

My family came into Best Buy Black Friday. We were assisted by Tyler..Very nice gentleman. We purchased cell phones and part of the promotion was to received gift cards in total of 350.00. We also grabbed a lap top. Once the fees were paid for the cell phones...the gentle man advised that he made an error in the promotion for the phones purchased didnt exist. Furious is an understatement. We asked to speak with the manager..A general manager Trang came and was very nasty and in effective. I am very surprised as there was no liability on the agents part for misinforming the consumer.
