This is the worst kmart ever .i put all my children toys on layaway and when i came to pick it up they didnt have most of my things, they were bringing me other customers items and after being there for 2 hours we found all my items except my big ticket item for my daughter they told me they are sold out of the toy i paid 45.00 for they offered me a refund and then charged me 10 dollars for doing a refund ..no customer service and no care about their customers it was 2 days before christmas and needless to say this toy was sold out everywhere. Smh i will never go to kmart again. Ruined christmas

Just left a few minutes ago. Cashier was so unfriendly and rude I was annoyed. I pay and go to leave and there are so many carts blocking the door to walk out I had to move carts. There are 2 employees standing there talking. I said excuse me, you might want to move these carts so customers can leave. The lady turns around and glares at me. Doesnt move just stands and stares. Ridiculous.... I will not return. .

White Lady at customer service desk with heavy eye makeup is horrible at customer service. No Smile no nothing... Instead of making the company look good and doing her job, it seem like all shes there for is a check. No passion. Made me feel less of a person instead of making my experience great. A simple Smile would have been great! 1star

24 minute wait, coupon in hand, with cashier complaining robustly about an elderly gentleman "pissing her off" because he asked too many questions. When I tried to use my coupon she told me no, she pressed "the button and aint going back." Terrible customer service.

Merchandise is generally kept well stocked. Generally has decent specials on name brand items and prices are relatively close to competitors within this area. Also had fairly large section of toys for children of all ages.
