HATE IT. This is the closest store to my home that sells pretty much everything, so the reason I shop there is for convenience. And that is the only reason. A lot of the time the lines are 7 people long, and the other cashiers are just standing around talking. Most of the cashiers are either rude or dont know what theyre doing, and Ive fought with some of them over the prices of items because they dont feel like manually putting in the price. The store always seems to be a mess, no matter the time of day. When I try walking down the refrigerated isle, there are always boxes scattered on the floor from the stock people, and multiple baskets blocking the way. The office supply section often has this problem, too. And finally, the specialty staff that work in jewelry and electronics are some of the rudest and laziest people I have ever met. Multiple times Ive stood at the jewelry counter waiting to see an item (Ive asked for help and everything) and the people behind the counter will just talk between themselves till I say something like, Excuse me, can someone PLEASE help me? and often I get a scoff or a, I guess I can. The people at the electronics station are the same way, maybe worse. Dont try checking out there either, because theyll outright REFUSE to do it, even when you have only 3 items, one of which youre buying from their department. One recent experience with the electronics department made it official that I will not be buying anything back there anymore. I called in the morning to see if they had any iPhones for VERIZON, as most stores in the area were sold out. The young lady that answered the phone at customer service was very nice, and said she couldnt answer my question, but shed transfer me to electronics. After a 10 minute wait (not on hold, just the phone ringing waiting for an answer) I finally got someone and asked them if they had the phone. He said, For VERIZON? and I said yes, in either color. He put me on hold for 5 minutes to check, and came back and said, Uh, yeah......we do. And I said thanks and hung up. Just a few hours later I went to the store and the woman in the department said that they dont sell iPhones for verizon at that store, and they never have. The phone was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, so I was super angry.

Dont try the Auto Center here, all youll do is waste your time! So I needed an oil change and I took it to the Auto Center here thinking it would be relatively quick. I only had two hours free so I called them in advance to make sure they would have time to do it. I was informed it would take about an hour. So I got there at around 9:30 and dropped it off. They told me at drop off that it might take closer to an hour and 15 minutes and I said that was okay since I had two hours free. So I wandered around the store for about an hour, did some grocery shopping etc... I went back to check on the status of my car and saw an empty bay while everyone is standing around outside smoking. I ask about my car and they say its the next one. So I go sit down and wait about half an hour. During this time, they have brought in two cars into the bay, my car is not one of them. Theyve been working on these two cars alone for half an hour. I go back to them, ask about my car again, tell them I have to pick up my kid in half an hour from school and I need my car. They again assure me my car is next, again I see a bunch of the mechanics outside smoking. I sit down again, wait another half hour. I go back to the desk, bay is empty, everyone is outside smoking again. I ask whats going on with my car. They tell me that its next, they havent started it yet. Its been two hours, I have to cancel it, and go pick up my kid. My oil never got changed and in the span of the two hours I waited, I only saw them work on two cars and every time I checked, the mechanics were outside on smoke breaks. This place was never even a little busy, the mechanics were just making zero effort. Believe me when I say, I will never bring my car back here again. I went to Jiffy Lube down the street after picking up my kid and, despite it being very busy, they had my car done in 30 minutes.

Walmart itself is okay, but I am NOT happy with the Dunkin Donuts inside. A few weeks ago we stopped here at this Wal-Mart in the midst of moving to grab some snacks and drinks for the road, and I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts inside. I am a rather non confrontational person, but the staff member was just rude to me as I checked out. I ordered a large iced macchiato with a light amount of ice and 6 donuts. The donuts were fine but the woman who made my drink only filled it up NOT EVEN HALFWAY. At this point I am kind of frustrated because Ive just paid $4 for a drink thats only halfway full. I asked her why it was only halfway filled up and she very rudely told me that it was because I had ordered light ice! At this poiny I was very flustered and did not know what to say. She then told me that if I wanted more she could put more ice in it so the liquid would fill up the cup!! What??! That does not change the amount of actual drink I am receiving. At this point the manager stepped in and offered to fill the drink up to where it should be, and the entire time he was doing that she stood there and berated him and me for not understanding the ice/cup ratio! I was so embarassed, I only wanted the coffee that I paid for fair and square. She then insulted my intellect, saying that I obviously didnt understand what a macchiato is.... At that point the manager sent her away and filled up my cup and that was that. AVOID THIS DD AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH IT. :(

8/16/17 - I went to the self checkout today so I could get in and out of the store quickly since I was in a hurry while avoiding having a negative interaction with anyone. So the chubby white guy with glasses who was working the self-checkout today until 5pm needs to never interact with anyone ever. When I smiled and asked how he was doing when he interrupted my transaction to strike up a conversation he sarcastically said "You seem like youre having a GREAT time right now." Also, he insulted me as I was walking away. Hopefully you can move him to a position where he isnt around the public since he doesnt have any manners and has no clue how to not be extremely inappropriate. I was rung up by a blonde lady with a facial piercing last week and she was extremely sweet and pleasent. I would give a 0 star review because of some of the absurdly rude people you have working there but im not going to because of the good service from the rest of the staff and the store has overall gotten better with keeping items in stock. This is the second time in my entire life I have written a bad review so that should explain how ridiculous this interaction really was.
