Awful and rude customer service. I had purchased two items last week, printer paper and some labels. When I went to check out the cashier started asking me questions about shopping, and how she wanted to buy her girlfriend a Christmas present and didnt know where to go to buy her an outfit. Although I was in a hurry, I patiently heard her story and offered some suggestions. Meanwhile she was ringing up my order and apparently instead of ringing me up for the paper I purchased she rang me up for a calendar that I didnt even buy or bring up to the register. I honestly dont even know how that happened. A week later, I went to return the expensive paper because I didnt end up needing it and of course I cant return it because it doesnt appear on my receipt. I talked to the manager who was not helpful at all, she pretty much accused me of bringing something back that I hadnt bought. The cashier helping with the return was the same cashier that rang me up a week before and she remembered me and our conversation but because she didnt want to get in trouble she denied that she made a mistake. Maybe if she had not been so preoccupied thinking about her girfriend and Christmas shopping and actually doing her job, she would have rang up the right item. Not only that but she had a customer waiting behind me while she told me her story and asked me questions about clothes, style, and shopping. That shows great customer service, NOT!!!

In and out. Easy peasy. Wanted a cool new address stamp after an address change. Easy to set up, arrived in a decent time frame. Little too pricey, but the stamp is super cool. Next time I might get a more simple font, because it is a bit difficult to make out some of the text. It really is pretty though. Very artistic and fun, which is exactly what I wanted. Plus, the stamp itself stamps right where it looks like it will. The surrounding plastic is basically the actual size of the stamp. Unlike most other self inking stamps that you pretty much never know where its going to stamp. You usually end up in the wrong spot. Great purchase. Very happy with it. Looked exactly like the computer image, which I loved right away and still do.

I went on 11/15 to have some business cards made. I was told they are usually sent out but mine were simple and would be done in house. I called twice last week to see if they were done, no one was able to take my call so I left 2 messages. I did NOT receive a call back. Today, 11/25, I called twice before I was able to get someone, the last time holding for 10 minutes. The Office Depot representative told me "OH! Im sorry they have been sitting here." I asked her since when and she declined to answer. I am not impressed with the service, this held business up for me. I guess you get what you pay for and I will be going back to my other company.

I visit this store often and have always had good service. Yesterday though, I was assisted by a young woman, Jemica, who went beyond her required duties. I just finished printing tons of copies and found that I had left the lights on in my car and the battery was dead. When I returned to the store she asked if she could help me and I explained that my car battery was dead. She offered to give me a jump and had the charger and the know how. She charged my car and off I went. I am very impressed and grateful! I call this EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This location is closing, and I was directed here by a sales employee at the other Hilltop location because their office furniture was not on display. They said they had some major sakes to closeout. In addition, they had a person with a sign outside saying 40% off entire store. Beware, there is fine print... up to 40% off. At least 3 others in the store complained too. Most things are very slightly discounted from already high prices.

Dropped off a package with UPS there on 3/1/2015. Been tracking it for days to help assure package reaches its destination, four days late now and the package hasnt left the bloody store. WTH? Extremely POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Advertising up to 50% off for store closing seemed blatantly dishonest when 5-10% was the norm. I WALKED THRU the entire store and the only place I saw 50% off was on the garish banners claiming non existent discounts.
