This is about the 5th time I went to staples in upland I have to say the people are super rude that work over at the printing station I normally do things myself when I go but I had to print labels for my daughters 4th birthday I didnt know how to load the labels style on the computer the guy said go to file in word and search label while across the room .there was nothing that said label so I needed his help he didnt come help then he started working on something else and I told my mom tell them I need help because it charges you 30 cent a min I was now on 24 dollars trying to figure this out ugh. My mom went to ask for assistance and the guy looked at her and turned his head there was a lady there behind the counter by now she was on the phone she came and helped me and over charged me 2.10 because she didnt know how to print. I have to say this will be my last time ever going to staples and I will never tell anyone to go there. Also I didnt mention the man I am speaking up was there on the other occasions I went and he cant multi-task you always have to wait in the line until he is done with one customer if this person is getting 100 prints its going to be a while to ring another customer out. Thanks but no thanks staples

I only came in to print some documents, and almost everything worked flawlessly. The only problem I had, was that the copier/printer could not handle Publisher documents. Fortunately, the guy behind the counter said he could open the document on his own computer, so I did get my job printed. Just have patience & be polite; youll be well taken care of.

As soon as I walked in the door a sales associate was asking me if I needed any help, I thought this customer service was excellent. Awesome job Staples, keep up the great work.
