WORST WALMART EVERRRRR!!!!!! NEVER MORE THAN 3 LINES OPEN NO MATTER HOW BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! ALL CASHIERS ARE UNKNOWLEDGEABLE AND SLOW. I LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THIS WALMART AND STILL TRAVEL 10 MILES TO THE NEXT ONE JUST TO AVOID THE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES, SETUP, AND PRODUCTS OF THIS WALMART. I HELPED AN ELDERLY WOMEN FIND HER VEHICLE IN 90 HEAT AFTER SEEING HER WALK AROUND THE PARKING LOT AIMLESSLY FOR 5 MINUTES. AFTER I HELPED HER PUT HER LUKEWARM GROCERIES IN HER CAR I TOLD THE 4 EMPLOYEES SITTING IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE SMOKING CIGARETTES ABOUT THE SITUATION, THEY LAUGHED AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW THEY WATCHED HER FOR 45 MINUTES AND THOUGHT IT WAS HUMOROUS. WHEN I CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER ABOUT THIS SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD NO REMORSE OR CARE ABOUT THE SITUATION. SHE WAS DRESSED LIKE A SLOB AND LOOKED AS IF SHE ROLLED OUT OF BED AFTER A LONG NIGHT OF DRINKING AND SHOWED UP TO WORK. I HAVE SPENT MANY PAYCHECKS AT WALMART FOR ITS CONVENIENCE BUT I REFUSE TO GIVE THIS WALMART ANOTHER PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location was not always a "Supercenter." It was small, dark and unorganized. The remodel added some much needed upgrades. *There are now 30 check out lanes. 30! Dont get too excited because Ive never seen more than 4 open at one time. The lines and wait times can be pretty long. *There are great deals on cakes/cupcakes back in the bakery on day old cake/cupcakes. My favorite WAS the 4 pack of cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing. The icing would drench them but now it barely covers them. *The paint section carries Glidden paint. There are several "grab and go" colors which is great. Whats not so great is the lack of customer service if you have a question or want a specific color. On two separate occasions I left because no one was at the desk. The last time, I had to use my cell to call the store and ask for someone to come to the department. Well, after 15 mins, someone finally shows up behind the desk but tells me she was at lunch and did not know how to use the mixer. Off to Lowes I went. *

Its a Walmart. You can get almost anything you need as long as you know where it is and dont have any questions. Feels understaffed. 20 registers and only a few are ever open, resulting in long waits to check out every time. Interactions with staff have been so terrible I dont even bother anymore. Asking a question is often answered with "I dont know" and they stare blankly at you or go back to stocking or wander off without offering to help or call someone who can. The exception is one older gentleman I often see near the pet food. Everytime i see him he offers help without being asked and will stop what hes doing and make sure you are satisfied before he goes back to stocking. That guy rocks.

They have 20-24 registers in the front of the store alone but there is never enough open registers. The shelves are never fully stocked. I see tags for items but go in there for a month before I see the item actually on the shelf that I can buy it. The store is always busy and I feel that they would make customers happier if they kept there shelves stocked and had more cashiers during every shift. They dont seem to face the store either. Things are always out if place and there store looks a mess. Disappointing after being at some of the other Wal-Marts in the local area.

Was not very happy with my last visit to Walmart Im in Exeter they didnt they dont keep a stock up to date all the time as far as Parts one item I was in there two weeks ago and got wiper blades 22in to go in today and there theyve been out for the past week of the 22 inch also in crafts I went in there for two pieces of wood in the craft section 11 going in there 3 times a week for the past month and theyre still none in there so Im not very happy with store in Exeter and when you go to a manager they only tell you all will tell the department manager.

The automotive department employees are extremely unprofessional. Waited 30 mins plus for someone to wait on me. 4 employees standing around talking about politics & 3 more taking care of 1 customer whos key they made wrong. Not once did they acknowledge I was standing there and then when the 3 decided they couldnt make the key & needed a manager for a refund they all stood and waited for the manager. Again not acknowledging I was standing at the counter waiting. I took my business elsewhere & Exeter Walmart just lost a customer.

It helps if you know how the store is laid out,so you can just go find what you need and be on your way. I have not personally had more than the usual amount of customer angst when shopping here. If there is a few areas where they need to improve,it would be at the checkouts. I do not understand why they have self checkouts if you can never use them? Some of the employees who stock shelves will wave you off if you ask them a question or give you the "No speak English" while shaking their head reply,which is very irritating.

Ignorant ghetto rude employees dont waste your time and have a wonderful day with another walmart. I just moved into the area from out of state and traveled 6 miles from where I live thinking because this store is located in nicer area I would be treated better. Guess again better to go to the ghetto because at least you know they will be rude and ghetto. I was with my kids made me and my children feel extremely uncomfortable. We will never go back to this store.

Giving them a one star is going overboard... I called asking what the store id number is ... The lady kept giving me the phone number.... Duh if I called dont ya think I know the phone number... Wth... And when I got patched through to another person they asked me if I wanted to buy ice... Really... Must you wear a sign saying Im an idiot to make sure people know not to ask you?? Smmfh... Get these people educated...

Ive noticed that their items are often displayed on shelves lacking any price stickers, making it a likely possibility youll be overcharged; 3 of the items that I bought in one shopping trip here scanned at the regular price (they were supposed to be on sale according to that weeks newspaper circular ad)! I took my receipt to their customer service desk and got a refund for the difference...

The auto service place was great. They helped me in every possible way when my tire went flat on the high way. They gave great great great service and I was pleased and happy. This has been the best experience and service that I ever recieved in the Walmart. November 26th around 3pm is when this occured and whoever was working the car service department, I just want to say Thank You......
