This place is sales driven vs. customer satisfaction driven. If you are looking for a one time purchase of pretty jewelry, this is your place. However if you are looking to buy something that may require adjustments or a long term maintenance, I recommend you go somewhere else. They will act like they care and everything during your purchase... I believe they had a change in manager mid last year or something (based on what an employee told me), and ever since that this place has been awful. I had a bracelet sent for resizing and not only did they do an awful job, but they scratched the pearls. I wanted to get partial credit for their mess up but it was refused. The only good person who works here is May... Shes the only one who seems to know what customer satisfaction means. My boyfriend has been shopping here for almost 4 years and will no longer return. NO I do not recommend this place.

Horrible HORRIBLE service. My husband bought me an anniversary ring and its been nothing but 1 problem after another with them. It takes at minimum 2 weeks (usually more) to fix any issue with a ring or resize it. He has it engraved and they polished the engraving right off... so they had to send it back again for that. I will never buy anything from Zales again!!

Worst place to shop . Customer service is really very very bad. People who worked there talk to each other in their own native languages infornt of customer. Also they are very rude . I am trying to size my wrist watch for past two months but every time i go there . They are telling broken machine story.

The people there are very nice and helpfull thay clean and pollish the jewelry before putting it in a nice box. Best place to go to buy jewelry!
