Great Service and dependability! We bought a True treadmill when they were phasing them out of their business, but was assured that they would stand by them and take care of us if needed. Seven years later, the motor went out, and sure enough, they were not only courteous and helpful, but did the repairs at no charge! I have never written a review on any product, business, or experience, but I think people should know how they treat their customers and they have my loyalty! Its not just a business, they care! Helpful & friendly! As a "casual" cyclist, its nice to visit a shop without encountering that "elitist" attitude so prevalent in many shops. I needed a new wheel built & after trying a LBS, I decided to make the drive to Cardinal. They not only built my wheel, but did so at 1/2 the price my snooty LBS was charging. I was & am very happy...they are now my "go to" shop for parts, service, & accessories.

Great customer service! I drove down to the Roanoke area from Northern VA for a vacation and accidentally left my front wheel at home when I put my bike on the roof rack. Cardinal gave me a wheel to use for the weekend and didnt charge me, even though they knew I wasnt from the area and there was no expectation of future business from me.

Cardinal has a huge selection of bikes for the entire family. They have real bikes (not cheap department store bikes), and their staff knows how to find the perfect bike for greenways, trails, road, etc. If you are looking for a quality bike, these guys will get you rolling.

Found that the owners sense of Valley monopoly has a big affect on his willingness to bring another biker to the sport. If youre thinking about it travel a bit youll find yourself alot happier. Furthermore the prices are about 20% higher across the board.
