A Boss

This store has amazing customer service, the ladies here always go above and beyond whether I am ordering a new bedroom set or backpack or even just have a replacement question. I never order online anymore, I call them and do it through their store If I have to because the customer service is that good...top notch and A LOT more helpful than corporate and ordering online. Always a pleasant experience!

I was misguided on my furniture purchase, called several times to try and resolve the issue. Store manager was supposed to call me back to fix the problem; I never got a call from the store manager. This store was one of my favorites to go to for kids furniture, not anymore, super disappointed at the way I have been treated!

They have very nice furniture, but make sure they have it in stock. Do not have it shipped unless you want to pay $100 delivery surcharge and then another 10% of your order on top. We were not told of this additional 10% shipping charge and the people running the customer service phone number are of no help.

Worst customer service I have every experienced.. Sales Associate, Janet (older lady) was so rude to us... at first we let it go but once it continued ... we walked out after speaking with the manager. Thank you but we will continue to purchase from RH. Lost our business.
