Avoid this place! I liked R&F before I shopped here, and my experience (and that of others) completely turned my opinion around. The sales and service department are extremely rude and helpless (sometimes telling you theyll do something and then not following through). It took 6 months to get their attention to service my many purchases Not to mention, many of my products arrived damaged, defective, and on a couple occasions, incorrect. Further, all their sales and coupons mean nothing when you walk in the door. They will go unacknowledged. Further, they are very unwilling or unable to assume responsibility for any problems you may have on their behalf. And to top this off, they did damage my walls upon delivery of some furniture, which also marked up my furniture. I would certainly recommend people to browse their furniture selection, but do not purchase from them. Buy straight from the manufacturer. It will save you a lot of time, money, and hassle. Additionally, Im not the only one to complain about these issues. A lot of people have had issues with this place, some even worse than mine! One person I know bought four mattresses because each one she got was defective (and the receptionist gave her a really hard time, much like they did me). They also sold her a product they had in tehir showroom that they didnt actually sell anymore, and hadnt sold for 6 months! She received the wrong product, and again, R&F gave her a hard time. Avoid mattress shopping at R&F. Their sales staff can tell you nothing you cant read on the tag, and their quality control of their products is nonexistent. Basically, order whatever you want. Youll get what they decide to give you, and it will likely be defective. This has been among the worst experiences in retail. I believe that if you purchase from them, you should be willing to take what you get or be willing to take it to small claims court. Heres a tip. If you like something you see, contact the manufacturer. R&F will likely rename the merchandise to make it difficult for you to find elsewhere and also so they dont have to price match. Youll likely be able to find the same furniture down the street, in Henrietta, or online, and for a much better price, and WAY better service. Theyll also likely have more options, such as colors, fabrics, shapes, sizes, etc. I originally giving this a 2 star rating instead of 1 because they DID deliver my stuff, despite the hassle and oftentimes being a defective or incorrect product. However, I cant possibly give them anymore than a 1 based on todays events. They were supposed to come replace a tabletop by delivering a new part (and letting me keep the old one). They failed to do this, even though they told me, in person and in writing, they would. They cant even fix their own mistakes without creating new ones. Furthermore, I have been told by former R&F employees that they left the store to pursue other furniture stores. They were dissatisfied with their business practices and the way they treated their customers. When R&Fs own employees are bothered by the service, its evident that theres a problem. Do not purchase from this store.

Horrible !!! This is my first time buying furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. The quality of the furniture is ok but I highly recommend not purchasing from the Greece / Ridge location!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! My husband and I purchased a sofa and a half chair set paid in full. Our furniture was delivered two days later but with missing pieces ( the accent pillows ) . Tipped the delivery men 10 dollars a piece and they reassured me my pillows would be in the next day. NOT THE CASE!!! Its now been a month and Ive not received the rest of my furniture . Ive spoken to this "manager" named Amanda who lacks customer service skills refuses to let me speak to anyone but her everytime I call to check on the status of my delivery . Today after calling them for maybe the forth time in four weeks shes told me that Ive called several times ( maybe indicating that Im being a bother) and that she has no control over how long the delivery would take. I find it funny because she was the same one who left a message on my phone promising no more then 3 weeks and sounding very sure! So here we are today a month later and still no pillows to my couches. After arguing with AMANDA for 20 minutes today nothing has been resolved still! Im more upset at the lies Ive been told and the rudeness of this manager . Its not my fault they screwed up my delivery and after paying almost 2k on furniture yes Im upset and want all my pieces! Im just hoping this message gets across to a higher up since AMANDA refuses to let me speak to someone else! I would be a lot more understanding if the staff were nicer and more sensitive to their screw ups instead of being short tempered and inpatient with customers. Not impressed take your money elsewhere or to a different location

Please do your own due diligence before shopping here! I searched online and liked a furniture set (called Brockton) that went for over $6000. I then found four other retailers that carry the exact same set for $2800-3100 with free shipping and no tax (Amazon, Sears, Overstock and Cymax). I asked them to match the price (their online policy says they match and give 5% of the difference to boot!) And after much time the best they could do was $4500. They opened a credit account for us BEFORE determining if they could match the price, thinking that somehow an additional $1500 would be worth it to have 0% financing! No. Now I have wasted my time, and have to close an account. I called to get the information to do so and my salesperson rushed off the phone saying "it will just close itself in 90 days." I asked specifically who to cancel it with and he said TD of Toronto then assured me they were still working on the price and he would call us back by the end of the day. No call. I strive to shop local but my experience at Raymour and Flanigan in Greece left me with nothing but a headache and an open account I need to close (and I am not being provided the information to do so). At least I did my homework before I went and was not overcharged $3200 for a product that many other reputable stores are selling...and Im sure making a profit on as well. Clearly the cost of a showroom makes them unable to compete, even if their store policy states that they will. Im glad I did my homework first, and I hope others are able to save thousands as well from this review. Take your time, and do your research by manufacturer name and description.

I read some negative reviews & was completely & totally baffled. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive in every way imaginable: • our awesome saleswoman Linda, • great friendly & communicative office/support staff, • terrific, respectful, & careful delivery guys, • superior follow-up w/customer service dept, • highly professional technician, • & not to overlook: the sectional that we purchased --- which we absolutely LOVE!!!! Ive had furniture purchases from high-end snooty furniture stores that cant compare to this smooth & ideal one at Raymour & Flanigan. We are looking forward to many more purchases at the Greece store in Rochester! Our purchase couldnt have been better, from A to Z; it was textbook perfect! Thanks, Linda!
