This used to be a five-star store and one of my favorite locations for bargain decorating. However, in the last few months, quality of goods have declined, selection has declined, and prices have noticeably gone up quite a bit. Also, while there still are friendly employees, the woman whom I believe is the store or front end manager is rude and seems to have let the position get to her head. After several run-ins with her making transactions more complicated than they need be (including not allowing me to use a valid coupon until after having it for two weeks?), and the noticeable drop in the overall quality of the store, I will no longer be shopping at this store. No hard feelings but unfortunately one of the last good stores in Hagerstown is no longer worth the trip up.

Love this store!! They have everything! A huge selection to choose from, very unique items that you wouldnt find anywhere else and extremely reasonable prices! I come to this store everytime Im near Hagerstown.

We are from new england so we usually visit here a couple times a year to get unique, rustic decorating ideas. Their grocery/toiletry section is usually cheaper than target next door too.
