Im here to tell everyone DO NOT SHOP AT WOLFS IN HAGERSTOWN my parents just recently tired to purchase a bed set and they went into the store and laid on the mattress and LOVED it well after getting it all done and ordered in January they did not receive them until Tuesday of this week well the people delivering them were great but after getting to look at the mattress they could tell it wasnt the same thing they previously laid on in January well they went back out to see if the ones they laid on were still there on Tuesday or Wednesday and they were well they were told to take pictures of the one that they received and e-mail them to the associate the dealt with well instead of emailing them my mom took them out personally yesterday and she also checked if the mattress they actually laid on was there and it was gone well my dad was also with her and noticed that the bed that was there wasnt in the same spot the one they actually laid on was and every associate and manager in the store denied that they changed the mattress that was there. Basically calling my parents liars and when they questioned about the bed was moved the one guy stated he was changing a light bulb all this my parents are highly pissed and my dad was cursing them for calling them liars and not admitting they changed the mattress to the point the were going to call the cops but didnt they did not admit to anything and. Blaming everything on my parents so if you buy anything from them make sure to take a picture of what you actually want overall horrible experience and they are not welcome back in the hagerstown store

As another reviewer said on Facebook "Buyer Beware. The customer service stops the moment they have your money." If only I had seen this sooner... I am so disappointed with this company. I made a hefty purchase 10 weeks ago from the Hagerstown store and the sales associate, David, was so helpful in telling me I would have my furniture within ten weeks and lining up delivery for the address I provided. It has been all downhill since then. First I got a phone call saying that they dont actually deliver to the address I provided but that he would work something out.. okay. But now... its been 10 weeks and my furniture is not in so I call the store this evening to speak to David again who says "well... I never guaranteed 10 weeks and we dont deliver to your location so youll have to come it it." When I reminded him of our conversation he insinuated I was lying and continuously interrupted me on the phone. He wouldnt even get a manager on the line for me because he said there was none in the store. When he finally relented he got a man named Bob to talk to me who said there was nothing they could do until 11 tomorrow. This store lied to me in order to make a purchase and now I am stuck with no furniture, no way to get it delivered (they never even offered to refund my delivery fee!). What kind of a legitimate business does not have managers on duty during their normal operating hours? I am so unhappy... I really wish I had seen all the other reviews that look just like mine before I made this purchase. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

We bought all of our bedroom furniture there on June 2nd. Was told that we could expect a call to set up delivery on or around July 5th. July 5th rolls around, no call, so I call them on the 8th. They tell me that their distributor is overseas and doesnt ship furniture until they have a full crate of furniture to ship in order to save cost. Furthermore the distributor "oversold" the furniture so it could be some time before I get it and finally that the distributor is out of the wrought iron used to make the furniture and it could be a while before I get my bed frame. So the sales person says the majority of my bedroom furniture will arrive around July 26th...nearly 8 weeks after I ordered it. And my bed frame wont be here until the end of OCTOBER! Whats the most frustrating is that they knew this was a common occurence with this distributor, and they still keep this vendor on...so who pays the price? The customer! I am having an open house for our new home, and have no bedroom furniture. Now theres not even enough time to go shop for something else. I felt their prices were very high for living room and dining furniture so I ended up getting all that at Ashley Furniture and we have been so satisfied! They delivered it within 3 weeks and everything is very high quality for a reasonable price to pay. Dont give Wolf your business...youll end up being SORRY. Go to Ashley.

If youre looking for a fantastic salesperson that truly cares about the customer, ask for Dee. My husband and I found a couch and chair we loved but we really wanted a loveseat to go with the set. Upon initial check it didnt look like one was made to go with the set. We actually walked away and left the store. Our salesperson, Dee, was phenomenal. She researched the set further for us by going straight to the manufacturer and discovered there was a loveseat available. She called us immediately and we returned that day and bought the set. The customer service didnt stop there either. We had an upcoming (within 3 weeks) party and wanted our furniture by the date of the party. While she didnt guarantee all pieces would be delivered by the date (the loveseat wasnt due in to the warehouse until the week after the initial pieces came in) she did guarantee all the available pieces would be delivered and we wouldnt be charged twice for delivery. All of the furniture was just delivered in time for our party and is everything we had hoped for. Thank you Dee for a wonderful experience and truly caring about your customers.

Like my furniture but the service leaves MUCH to be desired. Promised delivery date so we literally trashed old furniture, oops mistake they never arraigned for delivery. Promised a check to make up for lack of furniture - one month, multiple calls and one visit to the store no check. First delivery comes but without the proper hardware - promise to order and bring to house - one month, multiple calls and one visit to the store no bolts.(Specialty bolts cant get at local hardware store.) Delivery company breaks tree, damages ceiling, ask to borrow tools, cant figure out how to get couch in house has to be told how to do so. Part of bed set was taken off showroom floor when told it had to be ordered - still had showroom price tags, etc on it. Second delivery date promised - no phone calls, no delivery. Finally have all furniture delivered but no bolts and no check. **Footnote: Day after I posted review the check came!

Hagerstown Wolf furniture has good furniture with terrible, ignorant and most disrespectful staff I have ever come across. I would much rather drive to frederick and spend my money there. If you say to an associate that the price you are giving me is much higher than any other store you shopped at for same exact items with item id numbers and in response you get " we have a lot of overhead and this area is more expensive and this is really high end stuff" how would you feel? Hagerstown Wolf furniture lost my business in April when I furnished my whole house because of terrible customer service and sales associate laking the knowledge of how to simply browse for items and now they lost my business again when I am trying to furnish my office with good quality.
