Our brand new love seat arrived with dirt on it and the delivery men attempted to clean it with a wet rag. Two of our other pieces arrived with damage on the legs. My husband refused two of the pieces and sent them back on the truck. We called immediately when we realized there was damage on the leg of a third piece. The rep isnt coming out to look at the piece in our home that is damaged until September 11th...24 days from the time it was delivered. I was told that the leg on the piece that was returned is being replaced and that our love seat is being professionally cleaned. WHY IS BRAND NEW FURNITURE THAT I PAID A FORTUNE FOR BEING PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED? If we wanted furniture that we needed professionally cleaned we would have purchased it on Craigs list. I told the manager I wanted a brand new love seat and was told that because it is a custom order, I cant have one. So basically, if you buy something that isnt a stock item, they feel free to deliver it dirty because they know they wont have to replace it? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- buyer beware. When 50 percent of your order is damaged and they wont give you a discount or a new piece of furniture to replace a soiled piece and you spent thousands of dollars its the ultimate sign of poor quality furniture and customer service. SHAME ON LAZBOY..

Purchased an entertainment center for $1300+. Original delivery and replacement both severely damaged. Even the delivery guys were embarrassed at the quality after multiple attempts. When contacting the sales rep to help resolve I received no response. After involving the store manager, he was responsive at first but unproductive in delivering a replacement, wasting my time on 3 separate days to wait for a delivery truck. Filed a claim with Better Business Bureau and in consistent fashion they did not respond to the claim. I would not recommend this company to anyone who believes quality and customer service are key to good business. Additional details located on the BBB website.

The furniture here may cost more than some places, but the higher quality of the furniture is noticeable almost immediately. Overall, the furniture is comfortable, attractive, and designed to stand up to wear and tear. My husband and I are thrilled to welcome a brand new reclining La-Z-Boy loveseat into our home and we plan to have it as long as possible. (I also covet a future purchase of a rocking reclining chair as well.)

I am so happy La-Z-Boy is back in the Rochester area. The store was very nicely laid out and had great products and new innovations. The staff was friendly and not overzealous or pushy. They understood the fact that many customers just want to browse which allows them to later make a purchase at a time when they are personally ready and have done research, not just on a whim.
