Of all of the Babies-R-Us or Toys-R-us in Richmond, this is BY FAR my favorite. Its a huge store with lots of fun stuff to buy and entertainment my children with while my wife shops for baby clothes. The facade of the building is clean and fun as is the interior. Always a great selection of the larger outside toys like pools, play houses, water tables, etc. A HUGE Thomas the Train collection too, which is awesome for my three year old boy. Lots of Bikes and electic go-mobiles for the older kids too. Plenty of electronics to chose from as well. The Babies-R-Us attached is bigger than some stand-alone stores, as is the Toys-R-us.

Customer service is terrible. I asked where a base for a car seat was and the lady asked me if I even tried looking. No because Im in a rush and your sitting there doing nothing and its kid of what you get paid for. One lady got up and said "its right here!" Like its obvious that everyone in the world would know this. Also, their lines are long since they only have one person doing checkout. If I wanted to wait like I do at Walmart then I would expect to pay their prices.

I shop here often because they have some good sales... but the customer service is really what shines! Just tonight, I was helped by Veronica ("Ronnie") in the registry dept and another awesome associate at the customer service desk. I came in there needing help with some big ticket items, and I wont forget how nice, helpful, and accomodating they were.

WORST customer service ever. Always long lines. Nothing has prices on it, no one knows how to look prices up, a manager is called for practically every transaction. Its always a nightmare in there. And dont bother with online order and instore pick up...that takes twice as long.

Got Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews here. Good selection for a broad age range, both boys and girls. Signs inside are a little misleading, kinda hard to find anything specific. But staff is nice and helpful.
