Jack Grecos Custom Furniture is a true hidden Gem!!!! We went to several Box Stores in the city and Henrietta with no luck. Finley, we came across Jack Grecos Custom Furniture. The salesman was wonderful!! Jack himself, the owner was their and did everything he could to make us comfortable!!! And the store manager helped us pick the right finish on the wood we wanted. We were not rushed like at other furniture stores and these people actuality care about their customers. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!! Now! Our furniture looks amazing and, Its REAL WOOD!!! Maid by real craftsmen in the Amish Community! Talk about be american bye american!!!! Also, are friends love our furniture and will be coming in to see Jack and his family for some wonderful, hand crafted furniture. Thanks for making my furniture buying experience a great one Jack!!! We will be in soon to buy some more great furniture from you!!!!

we stopped by to inquire as to the price on the Adirondack furniture that was displayed outdoors.After waiting nearly 10 minutes someone finally came outside. When he told us the price, we stated the chairs were much more than the same ones we had seen down in Yates county. He argued with us that they"arent the same chairs", which we knew they were. He then told us to have a good time driving to Penn Yan .How rude, now I see why he has such the inventory!I Not a way to do business, he should have been ashamed of the way he spoke to a potential customer.
