This place is a nightmare. ordered sofa in Sept. the day it was due for delivery in Oct I got a call saying it was "undeliverable". After pulling teeth and many phone calls found out it was fork lift damage to left side. I understand things happen, so was told part was already ordered to be fixed and would be another few weeks.after waiting 3 weeks i called to check on it and was told it was ready for delivery. I decided I wanted a discount for a damaged/repaired sofa. Not paying $1500 for something already damaged. Was told to talk to "manager" Ron Anderson. This guys was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional to deal with. He said no discount and asked why I didnt just order a new one. told him was never given that option, ever! He supposedly ordered a new one. Was told another 4-6 weeks. Being concerned that I was going to get the original one. I wanted proof of new order. would not give me one. After many phone calls he said that it would be sent to the store well before delivery of the 2nd one. Never heard back. finally last week the supposed 2nd one was ready and guess what? It was damaged on the left side!! Exactly what i knew was going to happen. they claim it was the 2nd one. Sure! I asked for a 30% off and they said only 20% with no warranty. After 3 months of this I am getting a refund. Buyer Beware.. was told they fix damaged product and sell in the showroom.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat from this "gallery", but are very disappointed. When it arrived, the seat backs were not competely filled with material. The electric recliners on both the sofa and loveseat broke within the first month. We had technicians come to the house to repair it. Finally, they replaced both sofa and loveseat. Unknown to us, the sofa electric recliner did not work (we found out later when we had a friend over). The loveseat has a very large dent in the front section which we did not see on delivery. After SIX phone calls explaining the problems to the comfortcare department, we started to receive odd shipments of parts in our mailbox. Today, we called and were sent to a gentlemen who indicated the problem was "escalated" to him. He said he was the one that had sent the parts and a technician was scheduled to come out on Thursday to repair the broken recliner. My overall experience with these people at this time is extremely negative. I would urge anyone considering purchasing a La-Z-Boy furniture to reconsider and look elsewhere. You pay more money and receive less customer service with these folks.

Purchased best leather recliner last October at the Fairfax Virginia store. We were told it was built in Tennesee. Found out yesterday it was built in China! So much for truth in marketing! Now a problem with the leather wrinkling on the right arm rest! They apologized and said they would fix the problem since it is within the first year warranty, Lets hope they do so! I asked for a new one too! What happened to made in America?

Their sales people are very knowledgeable. I like that they do not work off commission and will give you space to look on your own without pressuring you for a sale, but still be available if you want help.

A nice selection of furniture and the staff were friendly and not pushy. The furniture is somewhat expensive, and I have seen some of the same pieces at other locations for cheaper.
