Was so excited to see they opened the full size Lush in the Tysons Corner mall! But the employees are soo pushy! I couldnt even make it to the middle of the store without several employees interrupting my conversation with my husband and telling the same thing the last employee told me about the product i was looking at. They were also only talking about themselves, telling me what smells they enjoy compared to different scents, never asked me what scents I enjoy. When I informed them an employee had already told me about the product they kept going on and on. I was planning on buying at least 3 bath bombs and a mask, but I walked out and didnt buy anything. Walked over to Sephora and bought products from them. Wish I could of made it through the whole store, but it was just too annoying.

Absolutely love this store. Love all the bath bombs, facial scrubs and masks. Everything here is amazing and vegan! Their price can be on the high end side on certain stuff. But you also have to look at how its made. Its handmade and made with natural ingredients for the most part. Staff here are nice. Some are a little clingy just standing too close watching every move I do.. but its all good. Lol!

Excellent store! What a big Lush store I love it. The customer service is great, the staff is all friendly and knowledgeable on all the products. They take their time to let you try out the products even just for fun! Dont forget to ask for samples theyre more than happy to oblige, especially if you have something youre thinking about trying out. They also have a really good return policy.

Such a fun store. Largest of all the ones Ive been to which gives you plenty more space to test, smell, and have fun. Sales people arent overly chatty but will be happy to oblige if thats what youre looking for or needing. They were out of an item in the front and a very sweet sales woman ran to the back while I stood in line to get one for me. Fantastic experience from first step to last.

Lush stores are notorious for being cramped but this one takes the cake. Not much can be done since theres not many in the area, but come with the strategy to not get trapped in a corner of the store waiting for a chatty sales person to finish their fake conversation with a Lush newbie.

Its very cramped and awkward to move around in, but thats the only real downfall. Otherwise, the employees are extremely helpful and nice, but not at all pushy. It was a great overall experience and I found exactly what I needed relatively easily.

Employees are excited, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is clean, well lit, well stocked, and just as much fun as every other Lush! My only complaint would be the volume level, but at busy times I understand its unavoidable.

I love bath bombs, and most of their products, but the layout is somewhat confusing (especially when looking for the freshly made products they advertise)
