If you need a make-up artist ANTOINETTE is amazing! No matter what your skin tone, complexion, etc. Antoinette will fnd whats right for you. If you cant get Antoinette, then wait for her or, if you have to, get her to recommend someone. Moreover Antoinette doesnt try to push products, but recommends only ones that are going to give you the same effect as when she applied them on you in the store. Lastly, she is just a cool and free-spirited person, whose happiness spreads. As I love beauty products, I have been to many Sephoras even the ones in Europe. This store is very clean with good lighting and organized displays. However, it does not carry some of the higher end products that are usually available at the Georgetown Store. My last critique is for Sephora National. Why do I get my email notices later than the notices posted in the store? Also, I received a coupon for the month of July on 07/15. How can I have time to use it when it expires two weeks later? It would be super helpful, if 1) My local store sent me emails about store events 2) If my coupons could be electronically kept on file with the stores, so that when I go to the register, I am reminded about the coupon and asked if I want to use it. ( no more carrying paper coupons in my wallet or waiting to receive a coupon via email)

Dont expect their make up artists to be able to match a foundation to your skin! Maybe the store should drop some of its funky lighting so it can help people find makeup that they will be wearing in bright areas. I had 2 makeup people help me. The first woman matched me to a foundation that even in the dim light I could see was too dark! (and everyone assured me the color was great.) I requested help from another woman, who shifted me one shade lighter. When I got home and applied it, it was probably still 2 shades too dark for my light complexion. (both my sister and father affirmed that it was a definite mismatch). I go to makeup stores because I WANT to look good, and for the makeup to look natural, versus stumbling around trying to match my colors on my own.Good makeup, not so good make up artists.

We worked with both Khiara and Lexi who were both amazing. Lexi is newer but definitely great to work with and very knowledgable. Khiara was phenomenal. She picked the exact match for my foundation and concealor by just one look. She knew everything from skin care to eyeliner ( including perfumes which I was impressed by) by the back of hand. She was on target with every single recommendation and just generally great to work with. Great experience. Thanks for helping me find my perfect wedding day lipstick gals!

Hi, I had a wonderful experience with Beatrice. Due to my lack of experience with selecting and applying makeup, I required a great deal of assistance. Beatrice was patient, considerate, knowledgeable, and honest. She did not sell me products that were not appropriate for my skin type. With great patience she taught me how to apply foundation correctly. She did not over sell me and provided testers on two items that I was not sure about purchasing. I will go back again!!!
