I think LUSH products are amazing ( though very overpriced.) The store was nice, but didnt offer as much variety as other LUSH locations. I will be ordering online from now on because this LUSH location doesnt offer enough products! On my visit to this store a few months ago, I bought the Refresher shower jelly and the Guardian of the Forest and the Dragons Egg bath bombs. I loved the shower jelly, but I didnt like the bath bombs as much. They definitely arent very long lasting. The Guardian of the Forest one worked great but the Dragons Egg had worn off a bit after a month. Now I have ordered the Sugar Scrub, The Olive Branch Shower gel and the Brazilliant Shampoo bar. I found it really cool when I got to test out the shower jellies and bath bombs in a metal pot to see which ones smelled or felt better. The lady there was really nice and helpful ( no one else was there, as it was a rainy day.) But it was definitely way to small and should be a lot bigger. Washington Lushies deserve better!

Racial profiling and unfair treatment of customers of color. I went into the store as a Middle Eastern woman with my Latina friend and we were ignored in terms of our questions on products, yet surveilled the entire time. Other customers who were people of color were being watched as well, even a Black man who spent over $70 on their merchandise was followed as he was leaving. After that I set down what I was going to buy and walked out. The staff here is racist and the selections are limited compared to other Lush locations. If youre a Black or brown person dont expect to be treated with respect here.

The store was cute and love the neighborhood. This will be my first and last visit to this store. I was a little upset because as I was paying I asked the cashier if we could get a sample of a face mask for my husband she started giving me excuses of why she couldnt. Ive been to multiple other Lush locations and theyve let me try various face masks. I was even more hurt when I heard another associate offering another customer a sample as we were heading out.

Unfortunately, since I live in the middle of nowhere the nearest lush is like four hours away so whenever I travel, even for business I make it a priority to go visit a lush sometime during the trip. And I am never dissapointed this particular lush is in such a pretty neighborhood too. And theres a sephora like right across the street so, if you plan on doing some spoiling yourself this is the place to do it

LUSH products are awesome. I admit, at first, the girls in the store were over-helpful on the verge of clingy, but now I just roll with it and let them gush about the products for a little while, walk me around the store and give me impromptu product demos. Theyre genuinely excited about LUSH, and its fun to go in there if you share their enthusiasm.

I love Lush so much! Every store I have ever been to each employee is so helpful and nice. I have such a great time smelling all the amazing soaps and bars I spend hours there and usually over $100. Which although it might seem like a lot of money to some the products are so worth every penny. So you totally get bang for your buck.

Been traveling recently and I couldnt bring body lotion on a plane due to TSA rule. Glad that LUSH solves this problem with their body butters (solid bar.) I was so pleased that I visited the shop. I had really great shopping experience and staffs were very helpful with their great recommendations and services.

Very poor customer service. Beware them pushing the sale items on you. I was very clear I need a lip balm at the till - got a lip tint pushed on me and then no help when I tried to immediately return it as it clearly wasnt a balm. No refund or exchange offered.

Everytime I come in, the employees are willing to answer my barrage of questions about the products and offer suggestions for new products to consider. If youre going to go on a weekend, try to go when they open, if you want to get your questions answered.
