Horrible "customer service" I came in yesterday and there was one lady working in the store and I guess she was helping someone. She didnt even acknowledge me when I came in or anything. When I walked towards her I said I need help with something and with a huge attitude (body language and everything) she said "Im helping someone else Ill be with you when Im done" so then its been like 10 minutes at this point and I dont see her helping the person instead shes talking and engaging in conversation with someone else. I go back up to her and she completely ignores me doesnt look at me or anything then shes like "you had a question?" and I asked her about a foundation so then she said she would test some out on me and got some stuff out set it on the table and then she walked away and didnt come back. Nothing. I was so annoyed and pissed I just walked out. Clearly she didnt care about losing a customer or not selling the product. Maybe not everyone who works there is that rude and cold but after that awful experience, I will never set foot in that Sephora again. I will go out of my way to go to a different one that actually treats customers like people.

Very terrible customer service. The workers looked like they didnt want to be there and maybe it was overwhelming and they need more workers, but it should not take me an hour to ask a question about a foundation. Even taking this into consideration, they dont even answer questions, or help anyone. There were other people just waiting to be acknowledged and some just left frustrated. The customer service does not even come close to Macs customer service, and I actually like Sephora better than Mac so I was disappointed. Mac actually acknowledges everyone and treats their customers like customers. I probably would have purchased more stuff if the customer service wasnt so terrible. Is it a crime to ask a question? Part of the job should be recommending certain products to the customers and answering questions and being knowledgeable about the products. There were a lot of people that just looked annoyed and walked out. Will not be coming back to this location again after experiencing the same thing on more than two occasions.

Nasty place. Lipsticks, eye shadows and other testers were smashed and out of place, they didnt seem to have restocked at all even though Im sure I saw on the website some new products had come out. The products that I could find seemed to already had been opened and didnt look safe to buy. The women working there were all gathered up in one spot (in the beauty studio) just chatting and being loud and unprofesional. I understand if people are too nasty and ghetto when going to Sephora and make a mess out of the testers but its your freaking job to make sure things stay in place... I swear there were at least 6 employes and not of them were trying to tidy up. Now that I think about it, there wasnt even more than two people besides me inside Sephora so Im sure people have already gave up on this location... I couldnt believe I came out of it empty handed. Rather order online.

I went there needs someone to help to check some products for me. I have to wait like forever, even Im in the line the Beaty guide doesnt help me, she said she wants to check out other customer first. Awful customer services. They check out for ppl who bought staff in JC penny, but they dont help Sephoras customers? Worst exp.

Absolute worst sephora ever! Was offered no assistance and could have walked out of the store with the sheet masks i purchased w/o spending a dime n those broads likely would not have cared. Also they were pretty rude.

Pure nastiness. You know what get another job. My beloved Sephora doesnt deserve these women working for them. Experience totally ruined. I have many more ways to spend money on makeup.
