Obvious change in management. Once the company has a whole was sold the products have changed. I had a poor customer service (lack there of) experience. Addressed the company on facebook. I got an initial form letter of "please provide x.y.z. info so we may follow up" I did. over 6 weeks later no response after more than one follow up from me. I went to the Tysons one and got stellar service.

I returned a foundation with a receipt after 30 days and they could not refund the money which was fine. I was disappointed that they could not give me store credit . Personally, am better off at Sephora . I wasted my points here
