If I could give no stars I would. Ive tried to give this store a fair shot but I have NEVER not spent more time in line trying to pay than picking up my actual groceries! Waits of 15-20 minutes are common. Hire. More. Staff. PLEASE. I actually walked out without my food today because its just not worth it. Never again

Not a bad grocery store. Certainly not as cool or impressive looking as the Harris Teeter thats down the street, but the prices are significantly better at Shoppers. I actually found myself shopping much more frequently here due to the prices, even though Harris Teeter is a better shopping atmosphere.

I was staying at the Hyatt over the weekend and had to get a few things on Sunday. The one thing this supermarket has going for it is it appears to be the only one even close to where I was. Even so, I thought it was okay. I got the what I needed and checkout was smooth.

Produce section is terrible. You wont find organic veggies here! Ive never seen anyone order anything from the deli counter, where everything is dried and crusty looking. Easily the worst grocery store in Reston-Herndon.

We visit here regularly for convenience purposes. Their selectionand prices are decent and if you like donuts their colossal donuts are very good.
