Yesterday I bought Alphonso Mangoes from this store travelling from a different city (about 2.5 hours drive) only because we Indians find the King of mangoes rare in USA. They are selling these mangoes for $43 per box (10 mangoes). The same box of mangoes is being sold for $29.99 at other Indian grocery stores (Laxmi Palace Indian Grocery store and Royal bazaar). This is just a loot and cheating the customers who are trusting and depending on Indian stores. I should have waited for a day and bought the mangoes from other Indian store. I would have saved $13/per box. It is totally unfair to cheat our own people like this. On an ethical basis, I hope you guys will grow little mature in the future. In response to your reply, I am attaching 2 images as proof which have the correspondence done with Laxmi palace Indian store, Richmond. It clearly shows the rates of kesar ($26.29) and alphonso ($29.99) mangoes (10 mangoes/box). I have even texted and called to the contact number shown in the image for the confirmation.

I just love this store. There are so many varieties and if you dont find anything that you want, you can always tell them and they will get it next time when you go there (we are there every week). One guy is super cool. I dont know if he is the manager or owner, but he always ask us if we got everything we want and is polite and friendly. Pricewise, I dont have any complains..service-excellent.

This is my favorite Indian grocery store in Richmond. You can find everything you would need to make any Indian recipe at this place. They also have fresh and cheap produce. Pro tip this is the best place to buy limes as they often have deals like 6 limes for $1! I also buy all of my herbs and spices from this place.

Its the walmart of Indian stores. They are always restocking and the prices are very good. There is a lot of space too, which is a big deal for me.
