Our go to grocery store What we love are the handscanners. We scan groceries and put into our cloth bags. This allows us to price check, confirm two for one sales etc. At checkout, we scan the scanner, then checkout with android pay collecting 6% from Amex and leave. Half the time of our other grocery options. There are some quirks. They have 4 brands of chopped canned green chilies, but no whole canned chilies. They dont carry halo top ice cream. Almond flour is rarely in stock. They are down to one working veggie price printer. Just a lack of paying attention to the details that forces us once a month to visit the zoo at whole paycheck.

Ridiculously understaffed. 1 cashier for the entire store and one customer service representative to handle any customer returns and whatever else is necessary at the help desk as well as fix any problem with the self serve checkput lanes. Its a 15 minute wait if youre lucky and youre using the self serve checkout and if machine doesnt run into any problems requiring the cs rep to swipe their card at on the machin (this alone takes 10 minutes). I gave it two stars because the next closet Giant is a trash dump, by that I mean theres trash everywhere, and this one is at least clean.

Usually get long lines here. Expect to use Self Check-out. They tried to get more staffs but it didnt seem to help much. Lets hope that things will get better since I like this place. --> Updated on 07/05/2017: Things have improved so much here. They have more self-checkout stations and more cashiers working. It is impressive how they turned things around in less than a year. I am a happy regular customer here now. Thank you, Giant staffs!

Terribly long lines with untrained cashiers. While its understandable when busy, and there was an attempt with hiring, it should not take 15-20 minutes to checkout with just four items. Requires a better training initiative with stronger self checkout machines. Do not recommend shopping here during evening hours. CVS has been grand for small/common items.

This pharmacy use to be good, but has found the bottom and started digging. Visited the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription called in by my doctor yesterday. They said I had to wait 15 minutes. At the 50 minute mark, they completed my prescription. I spoke to the manager on duty and said, "You are fired!"

I have shopped Giant my entire life. I enjoy all the employees but over the last few years, more and more of my grocery items have been eliminated by Giant. Its inconvenient to have to go to other stores to get what you want. Wegmans is becoming my main store now.

Great Giant, but it sure does get busy! The only complain I have is they try to stuff the store full and dont leave much room to walk around when busy. 2 main problem areas are in front of the checkout lines and the entrance.

Good store very good selection when compared to other stores near by. An added bonus is that there is a Shell gas station in the same shopping center so you can use your gas points on your way out of the store.

Shelves and pricing were off... Making sure things are stocked the way they should be is just as important as having items on the shelf... Paid more for items that I was expecting due to stocking errors.

This giant has very high quality produce and a great selection of all products. They carry many brands of food, cosmetics, and alcohol that other stores dont keep in stock.

My favorite Giant, best salad bar, keeps hot soups stocked, and has the best produce. Also the employees are always helpful and friendly.
