Yes! The hype is real. Straight from Duck, NC to Richmond, VA. This is the first donut shop that mentioned they were coming to Short Pump and actually came. Otherwise, you have to travel to the other side of town for donuts. The donuts are cake donuts which are made while you wait. You choose your own topping. Personally, Ive always been a fan of cake donuts, so this is awesome. They also sell t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs etc with Duck Donuts logo. Theres seating inside. Yes, you can get that coffee, tea, etc to go along with your donuts. Always happy with service that I receive at Duck Donuts! Dont forget to stop by when youre in West Broad Village in Short Pump. Welcome to Short Pump!

The donuts are delicious; however the customer service was so bad that we will not return. The store was empty, yet the manager demanded our attention with a curt, "Pay attention!" As she explained their process to another group of guests. When we were finishing our order she rushed again declaring,"Maam!" As my daughter tried to select glazed/iced." So 25% of our order was incorrect and we were sorry we came.

The donuts are the BEST! I would describe the type of donut a hybird of Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme. Not comepletely solid like DD but not quite as featherlight as KK. They are wonderfully fresh and made-to-order, with tasty toppings to fit your fancy. The price is around the same youd pay for a dozen here in the RVA (around $12)

I think duck donuts has the best donuts in town but when I walk in at 7:01 and the staff rudly tells me were closed at seven like come on one minute after you couldnt hook me up with six donuts? Thats some BS because some people have to work later than 7:00.. you just lost a loyal customer. County style it is from now on.

Awful experience! Very unkind staff and very small size donuts. The staff did not even say hi to me when I came in and got my order with a bad grace. And the donuts became half size than before. It will be my last time to get Duck Donut here. I would like to recommend to change the staff immediately.

Tasty donuts that are made to order which is definitely a unquie experience for donut shops. Donuts are packaged warm and soft however the experience was partially spoiled due to a impatient manager working the register. Rest of the staff were professionally friendly. Would recommend.

Holy mama, I had never had a freshly made cake donut before but it is heaven! Reminds me of a really thick funnel cake thats warm and gooey with frosting (of your choice, which is awesome. You get to choose all your glazes and toppings): So delicious!
