I have always felt that I never got the whole truth and nothing but the truth, when conducting business in this store. Multiple times I asked about new pricing programs only to be told it wouldnt change my monthly fee by anymore than $10. We were paying $370/mo for 2 iPhones and 1 dumb phone!! The last time I went in (we were due for an upgrade), I was told it would cost me $500 UP FRONT to walk out with 2 new, 128GB iPhones! $100 each for the the increased memory, and a new $150 upgrade fee for each phone! Turns out both were BOGUS! I went to the Sprint store near Rural King and walked out with 2 new, 128GB iPhones and 3 new Samsung Emerges for $90 UP FRONT!! My new monthly plan for 6 smart phones is approx $425!!! STAY AWAY from the Crooked Run store. According to the other store, theyve had a LOT of people coming in because of this baloney!

Ok? I have Sprint, Theyve worked with me And my husband on our phone plans, save A dollar and they world email me on specials And worked with me if I were going to be late Or whatever, But there were times at my Store here in Front Royal Va in the Riverton Area, That the employees were NOT so Professional, nasty attitudes, One tell u One thing and then another tell u something Else different, And I have comprehensive Problems and I told them that, well one Young man told me that I was to sign My signature on these papers and he said It was really nothing just that I got a new Phone, My 2 years was up to renew my Phone, Well ! Did I get a surprise, A 500.00 Dollar bill that I signed and agreed on Because this non trusted employee that Lied to me,, I was really angry, So when Our services is up, Were going with another Business, ,

If you want to spend extra unnecessary money this is the place to go. Also their prices that are posted on the phones in store they do not honor.
