The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible! For instance last Thursday, Im clearly waiting in line to be serviced(on a time crunch) while the lady working the cash register found it necessary to hold conversation with the gentleman in front of me before even starting his transaction. I in no way condone rude customer service but if you see someone waiting in line you need to draw the line in your conversation somewhere! During this time another lady followed behind me waiting to be serviced while the 3 other ladies in the pharmacy did not acknowledge us or offer to help and one of them ate potato chips. Not to mention the countless amount of times I go to pick up prescriptions and they blame it on their fax machine phone line why its not filled or claim it never came from the doctors office due to the phone line. I thought Wi-Fi connections helped those kinds of issues. I mention that particular excuse to my childrens pediatrician he said hes never once heard that excuse before! I will be switching to my Jefferson neighborhood pharmacy.

Will be switching to Jefferson pharmacy. Constant screw ups on "insurance". Sometimes this means that they never got around to filling it yet and this is the excuse because when you call them on it, the insurance hold magically "goes through". Never have the prescription ready on time. Sometimes takes days to fill simple, routine scripts. We get automated calls telling us the order is ready and when we arrive it hasnt even been processed yet. The CVS in town never has these problems. Id go there, but its not convenient to drive that far. As I said, Jefferson pharmacy will be getting all of my business from now on. Never have a problem there.

They have terrible customer service. One lady in particular who gripes about her job non stop when ur there. They never answer the phone so you have to go there and be told your medication isnt ready because they are so backed up or have been hit all the sudden. Its so pathetic. I am changing my meds over to Walmart. They are cheaper anyway.

Everything is wonderful in the store the entire staff is wonderful but your Pharmacy manager has the personality of a dead dog she does not is not concerned about your patients changing status she doesnt talk to anybody about it shes very argumentative and totally totally unprofessional
