Wouldnt even give them one star. The first time I went into this location was a few weeks ago, I went in to have my prescription filled The Pharm Tech brought it back to the Pharmacist on hand they exchanged words briefly then the Pharmacist (Mid to Late Forties Woman) Came back to the drop off desk with my prescription in hand and stated "We cant fill this prescription because your doctor is in Lynchburg and this a Cville location". My first thought was "okay i guess this woman went through years, and thousands of dollars of schooling just to lie through her teeth, Im pretty sure i can take this to a pharmacy in Alaska and have it filled." Me taking the high road smiled and went on my way, avoiding confrontation but thats only because I still had a couple of pills left in my previous prescription. About a week later i was driving into work, when i realized i was down to only one pill, so i decided to pay them another visit, assuming that maybe that woman just had a long day and wanted to be done the first time i went. To my relief there was a completely different pharmacist on hand (Older Gentlemen with White hair). I dropped my prescription off once again and he came back with it in hand stating "We cant fill this because it was written very poorly and looks like a forge, youre going to have to take this and leave or well have to report it to law enforcement". WOW!!!! At this point i am beyond irate/emotional. Having no choice i pleaded and begged for him to call my doctor who does in fact have Parkinsons Disease, writing a script looks like a challenging endeavor for him. Now Im pleading and telling him to call my doctor and confirm that I am who i say i am and that Im supposed to have this medication. So the pharmacist does just that, and confirms that Im not some delinquent trying to cheat the system. He finally agrees to fill my prescription, i go back to work and decided to give my doctor a call to see what i could do to avoid this situation in the future i.e (get new scripts written out) . Come to find out the secretary at my doctors office informs me that the pharmacist has been calling them all morning to verify the information I had given them, going so far as to ask for HIS personal info. My doctors office told me that i shouldnt have had this problem at all and that it wouldnt be necessary to change out my scripts So i go to pick up my prescription, with a nice smile the Tech gives me my total ($71.34), the pharmacist at this point is cowering in the back avoiding eye contact with me at all cost as if Im some kind of hardened criminal, I didnt even get so much as an apology for being treated the way i was treated. I run two business that are 2 hours apart from each other with Black Friday rolling in Ive been in and out of each of my business, I wrongfully forgot my bottle of meds at my other location which is two hours away from Cville. In a huge pinch i decided to get my new script filled at the same location, informing them of the situation i was told "my prescription couldnt be filled because i was two days early" Oh boy the Pharmacist with a PhD in lying and laziness was back at it again! THANK YOU SO MUCH CVS FOR CARING ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR CUSTOMER. From there i let the store manager know that they will NEVER have one cent of my business again and when i say "they" i mean CVS as a whole. I would much rather bring my money to a pharmacy who cares for my business. A pharmacy that will have the decency of showing me respect. For the record i have over 1,000 customers in the Cville, Albemarle, Green, and Madison county area, Im sure you guys know that word of mouth is EVERYTHING for a business and the only word coming out of my mouth for CVS is a big N and a huge O. Thank you!
