I dealt with a Retail Consultant named Tiffany Gates. She was excellent! I returned an iPad and said that I had ordered the wrong size, but I had just ordered the larger size. She took the unopened box and handled the return very nicely. Shen then asked if I wanted the pen that goes with the iPad Pro. She explained its features. I bought it on a pay-by-month plan. I asked about the holder with the keyboard. After extensive research she found what I needed, ordered it, and added it to the pay-by-month plan. She asked me if I had seen the Tile for my keychain. I decided I wanted that, too. She even set it up for me and made sure it worked! I would have taken me hours. Excellent. Excellent! On her card it says Best of the Best. She was exactly that! I have never met her before and I am a 68 year old woman. Refreshing to see someone like her in action! If you go there, make sure you have her handle visit!

Sprint seems to have a very poor network in eastern NC. I was told by one store to go all the way to this store to return a piece of equipment because this was the "corporate store". I get all of the way there, granted the second sprint store I have been to that morning, and they tell me they will not take the equipment. I tell me have to call their corporate office and have them send me a box mail it back myself. Just another example of Sprint making things easier for their customers. I cancelled my service with Sprint because their network was very poor in Wake Forest where hey have one tower for the whole town. There service is not to far behind their network. Smart phone. Dumb Network. Do your self a favor and get a different service.

Please do not visit this "corporate store". I tell the lady there that I want to purchase a cellphone that cost 320 and tells me I cannot buy it if I do not provide my social security and credit card information maybe because I am Mexican and my mother did not speak english. I tell her there is no need because I will be paying for it all in cash so I tell her that I didnt know you needed a social security/ credit card to buy a phone. She responds in a very rude tone that not in that location so I just left no need to argue. Please take your business somewhere else where they will actually take LEGAL TENDER !

Two females are most helpful and welcoming. Two men would not take me to their station This afternoon l kept telling this guy, who wanted me to explain my problem in the middle of the room and in spite of my several requests, would not budge. I had my handbag, computer, phone and scarf. To show him anything on phone, either l could throw my stuff on floor or on bench. I felt most disrespected and laid my stuff on the bench with some force. I did not expect it, but l cracked the display screen. Although l may have to take the repercussion, but morally your salesman was responsible to provocateur me.

I have been a Sprint customer for about 8 years and will be so for several more. That being said, I will never purchase ANYTHING from this location. The sales staff is intentionally misleading and occasionally deceptive in order to get a sale. This has not been my experience at other retail locations. Every interaction at this store has been negative -- avoid at all costs.

Very helpful staff. Beware not all sprint stores are corporate ones and those authorized dealers can only help you so much with your account. This store can do anything. The manager is very nice and helped me with my complicated problem for hours. Tyrice also helped me sort out my contract issues as well. Very good place to go to fix your sprint problems.

This is a great location with nice and courteous staff. Sprint needs to seriously work on their data network in Raleigh and surrounding areas, but overall this store has very good customer care.

takes them a long time to help you, the guy name sidney was very rude and not helpful at all. all they tell you to do is call customer service. Even Metro PCS is more helpful than them!
