Two stars because we got the car for a decent price. One star for the nightmare experience. Upon arriving, my daughter and I test drove two vehicles. We made it clear she had cash to pay for the vehicle and were told they would work with us. After deciding on a car and waiting over an hour to complete the paperwork, we were told we needed a cashiers check. Ill spare the rest of the details, but my daughter and I both left there extremely frustrated. As we were leaving, the manager circled the business name on his card that we should list for the check. Fast forward to the next day, we arrived to pay for the vehicle and drive it home. A sign on the door said "will return in 15 minutes." After waiting 15 minutes, we called the manager who said he would be back in about 10 minutes. We waited for over an hour for him to arrive. Then, when we handed over the check, he stated we made the check out to the wrong name (although it was the name he circled on the card before we left the previous day). In addition to these hassles, the vehicle wasnt washed and ready for us to take home like he assured us it would be. Unless you are willing to deal with the dishonest, unreliable manager, take your business elsewhere.

Deceptive, Dishonest, and irresponsible. Dont make the same mistake we did. My husband and I purchased a car last month. The salesman said the car had been in a minor accident. Cosmetic damage only... "weve checked it out ourselves" he told us. . "I ASSURE you that there is nothing wrong with the car." Over and over he told us the car was in great shape. Within 2 days. The wheels were squeeling. The mechanics we took it to said IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ALLOWED OFF THE LOT!!! It had major damage that was SLOPPILY FIXED with JUNK YARD PARTS!!!. The salesman followed all of the legal things.. he sold it as is, he said there was an accident.... but he was dishonest about the extent of the damage. The repairs cost more then $4000 and may not be done yet. We keep finding more problems. The salesman wont help because the car was sold as is.... our problem now. Dont trust them! If less than one star was an option, I would use it.

Awesome experience with Lifetime Auto Connection. Not only do they have the best deals for miles (my husband and I drove over 200 miles to get the car) they also have some of the best people in the business. Nadeen, our salesmam has years of experience working for some of the biggest names in cars, and Syed, the owner of the company, also worked in wholesale cars for years. They were super friendly and great to work with. Nadeen worked with us for hours, helping us pick a car and find a bank for us to finance. Syed was even personally involved, helping to streamline the process, and he was present for any questions we had. Both Nadeen and Syed handled the sale with professionalism and a smile. The mechanic, Garrett, even came over to talk to us about the car. Their entire staff was involved trying to make the buying process quick and easy while answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable.

This dealer is honest -- didnt try to fool or lull me the way others did, and is also very knowledgeable--showed me a problem with another car that was right under my nose but I hadnt thought of it. Their price was as low as any others I found in my six-month search. They were also the first honest dealer--there was one deception or another with ALL of the others. And the car I bought from them has zero problems, while the others did have problems or lies told. The car passed MD inspection without a hitch, and thats the hardest inspection in the nation. Im very glad I found them, even though theyre a long drive from home. The VRE goes close by and when I came to pick up the car, they kindly picked me up at the station.

Bought a used suburban for $18,200. Within a month and a half it broke down. It needs a whole new engine. I bought it with a 3 month warranty but the warranty is trash they dont even pay half the cost. I have to pay $5200 out of pocket to fix this truck that Ive only paid one car payment on. Oh and the dealership wont return your call. If I wanted to take my chances I would of bought from a private party. The reason you go to a dealership is suppose to be for the piece of mind that you are not buying someone elses problem. Obviously not at lifetime auto connections. Do not buy from this place! Worst car experience of my life.

My Experience at Lifetime Auto Connection was amazing we love our new Cadillac SRX every thing about the SUV is perfect the people there are so wonderful, Friendly and so professional that they answered all the questions that i had about the car, warranty, and the contract. Whats also so amazing is that they sell their cars for the cheapest price in 500 miles! Our Experience was so amazing that i recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. I just want to thank the people at Lifetime Auto for this amazing wonderful experience and if we ever need another car you are the first and only dealership we will go to.

for about 4 days i was in touch with nadeem through email and phone calls and I always received quick replies. I was also shopping around to see if I could find a better deal somewhere else , closer to my home(I live 2.5 hours away) but I was unable to and decided to stop by that weekend for a test drive. long story short, I could not be happier with my decision to purchase from him. he was honest with me and always showed me the info i asked for which is not the same treatment i got from my local dealers and they sent me home with a full tank of gas!

We had a wonderful and personal experience at Lifetime Auto Connection buying my Kia Optima! Everyone was very friendly and I very much appreciated their outstanding customer service. They replaced the brakes and provided a full tank of gas before driving off the lot and really went above and beyond. Showed us the car fax and answered all of our questions with facts to include the actual value of the vehicle we were purchasing and where it came from prior to being on their lot. Over all they deserve 5 stars!

It is so easy buying a car from Lifetime Auto Connection! The descriptions of the cars on the website are totally accurate. I went to test drive a vehicle I was interested in and Nadeem stayed with his guys until the deal was done, after hours. :-) They are very friendly and not pushy at all. There were no hidden fees and I got a reasonable deal on the trade in. I highly recommend Lifetime Auto Connection. I will definitely be coming back here when my family needs a newer vehicle.

Received hassle free professional service here at Lifetime Automotive Connection. Tracked 2006 Lexus Ls 430 while I was stationed overseas and did not find one in shape like the one offered here. Everyone from this establishment was kind and straight forward. Proud to say I have purchased a sound automobile from Syiad and the rest of the team. About to take this 430 back down south with me. Also I got a free tank of 93 octane fuel!! Thats definitely a plus.
