I have had a great experience with the Fredericksburg, Experimac store. Ive been waiting for quite awhile for some MAC expertise to come into our area. I had a solid state hard drive installed in my laptop and it was a seamless transition. All my records, photos, data, etc. were transferred without a hitch in one day. (I actually sold them a laptop and phone to help defray the cost). I went back a few days later to ask for some advice about using Google Photo on my three devices. In each instance, both Gabe and Will treated me professionally and were very easy to work with. Now, if only I can get them to teach some classes!

Amazing People!!!!! They Fixed my laptop fast!!!! I run my company from my laptop, when it broke it killed our ability to keep up with our work load. So much better then going to Apple store or somewhere else. They were not trying to sell me a bunch. Just got to the root. They had cases for my laptop... I work out of my truck. This laptop takes heavy punishment. This case is amazingly protective!!! The best part was I could touch and make sure the case worked without waiting for shipping or anything else. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Buying my first mac at experimac was a fantastic experience. These guys know their products and you can tell there is a real passion for what they do. I have never owned a mac before so I was a bit apprehensive about the transition but Jeff and Gabe were great at recommending the right product based on what I would be using it for (I went with a Macbook air) and also providing helpful first-time user tips. I never felt like I was being sold to and know if I have any questions I can give them a call. Really excellent customer service!

Gabe and his associates that work with him were all professional. I was referred to him from the local Verizon store to fix my tablet he told me it would be fixed in a week gave me a call within two days that the tablet was repaired. When I came in to pick it up they were very professional I appreciate all the services and well definitely do business with them again.

Gabe is a genuine guy. I came in with my phone is shambles but they had no issues getting it back to normal. Work was done well and timely, very friendly atmosphere, great taste in music, and an easy guy to chat with while I waited. Most importantly to many, the prices are very fair and cheaper than anyone I found around. Highly recommend using experimac!

The entire left hand side of my screen was unusable and my camera and microphone were jacked up. They were very friendly and gave me options and prices upfront. It was very inexpensive. They replaced the screen and camera within an hour and it works like new. Very impressed and will recommend it to family and friends
