"VERY FAVORIIBLE "I knew East coast computers prior to this experience with one prior experience, I upgraded my computer (one my own) with a new very powerful video card and I found out my new video card did not have enough power. East coast computers recommended a power upgrade that they had on hand. it more than did the job and it was fair market price.... way more cheaper than big name retailers. about a year later, my old computer did not work. given my favorable experience with them prior I rolled the dice again. It was a double win in my favor. the mother board went down ( had issues with it prior the power source for doubters, had to keep rebooting it to get it to boot initially ). they took the time to answer my questions and explain every thing to me. being I that Im kind of of a cynical person (they gave me no reason to be ) I bounced their recordations off of a very savvy tech friend in Ohio that I grew up with. he reciprocated their recommendation and price quote which gave me a wave of relief and re-issuance of there skill and integrity. Im a gamer as well as a college student I use my computer for Microsoft office applications as well as playing Hi end computer games. I grew up playing the old games ( 1st tribes and unreal tournament) if that helps to explain were I come from. not only did they fix my computer they salvaged all the parts that could be from the computer I sent in. Im typing this very review not 12 hours from when I got it back. they asked me to run the most demanding program I had in the shop to ensure that there work was satisfactory and it ran flawlessly. in conclusion my experience was amazing. the service was very fast ( took two days, but I kept asking questions and stalled a bit, however when I made a decision and decided they had parts on hand and physically fixed my computer in less than 24) . Im very glad of my choice of shop for repairs, this shop is the very definition of American small business striking it out and doing they best they can and put the hands on technician in a one on one with the customer. they also went the distance to ensure i spent the smallest dollar possible via searching replacement options and cross checking them with me. Im completely contempt with my purchase as well with the experience !

The service and attitude of the staff here went a long way to restoring my faith in mankind. OK, a slight exaggeration... but... knowledgeable, friendly, fair and honest, and professional all the way. If/when you need assistance with your PC, tablet, etc.or anything IT-related, drive past those shops and stores where the only thing they know for sure is that there is a diagnostic fee or minimum service charge. Drive over to East Coast Computers and let them SOLVE your IT problem(s), guarantee their work, and not try to sell you stuff that you dont need or want. Read the other reviews. When you need help with technology, now you know who to call and where to go.

The guys at East Coast Computers are awesome. in 2013 they built me a high end gaming system at a good price and here almost 5 years later it is still running great. I recently dropped my laptop and destroyed the screen. They repaired it for much lees than I expected it to cost. I also took them an old desktop that would not boot and gave various error codes, they diagnosed and repaired it in less than an hour and I could not believe how little they charged me. they are friendly, knowledgeable and have great customer service. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great Customer Service! These Guys went above and beyond to provide me with parts for My Computer Build when NO ONE else would provide me with Help. My Parts were either out of Stock, or limited availability, It was a challenge getting Help or assistance obtaining them to complete my Project, Anywhere else I turned. Went in to this place thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new computer, left with the same computer fixed for an amazing price. No words to describe how great the customer service was, every question I had was answered before I even asked, techs were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Threw in some extra help like rewiring and remounting my admittedly poorly self-built computer for NO extra charge. These guys are where Im going if I EVER have a problem again.

I came to this shop to pick up a few fans to help cool down a computer I just built for my girlfriend. The employee here (Lacey) could have easily just sold me the fans and sent me on my way. Instead he took a look at my computer and offered a better solution, which did not cost me any more money but helped the computer run more efficiently. I would recommend anyone to stop by this shop for any of your computer needs.

These guys are the best! They do exceptional work at reasonable prices. They explain your computer issues and repairs in easy to understand terms, which is a big plus for low tech folks like me. I have been using their service for years and will not trust my computer repairs to anyone else. I highly recommend them for any service or repairs that your computer may need.

This place is the best. Theyre knowledgable, professional, and very fair. When a competing repair company told me my laptop problem was "too complicated" and would have to be sent out of town for 2-4 weeks to be repaired, for "at least several hundred $$.....I then took it to East Coast Computers and Lacy was able to fix it by the next day for a very minimal price!
