Of all of the places, Ive traveled that have a Wal-Mart location, I must say this tops the list as the worst Wal-Mart ever. If I could rate this place zero stars then I would. If you need or want to purchase something and need some help, then dont look for it here. I havent found a helpful associate in the place. To take it an all time low of Wal-Mart locations from East coast to West coast is the horrendous experience in the pharmacy. No one seems to care at all, the pharmacy technicians move slower than a turtle and all that Ive spoken to have no clue how to do their job. Complaining to the pharmacist doesnt help because theres no change. The district manager in charge of this location is getting paid to a job that hes not doing. Any concerns brought to him go on deaf ear. Ive never seen a place that doesnt like feedback, so that they can improve. I dont spend my money at this location even if this is the only store that has an item that I want or need. Being this is a small town, youd expect to get friendly service from the staff but its the total opposite. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy. Shop elsewhere. The prices arent cheaper. If youre truly a bargain shopper, youll see the prices at Wal-Mart are higher than other stores. Being the cheapest store in town is a has been for Wal-Mart all over the country.

This Wal-Mart usually is pretty good compared to other Wal-Mart Stores in the area. They definitely need to improve their Deli department. I waited the other day at least twenty minutes to get waited on, eventually I just gave up and figured Id just go to Farm Fresh. Normally I could wait longer, especially if they were really busy and everyone working looked like they were doing all they could to help people. But that was not the case. One worker was cutting meat trying to help a customer but it was obvious she was new and just learning. She didnt know where most of the meats were and had to ask the other lady for help. Thats fine, everyone has to start somewhere in a new job. It was the other two employees that annoyed me the most. As the one working employee struggled to serve an ever growing line of customers, one other just wondered about in and out of the back and the other one just watched the one working. It just blew my mind that the one lady was actually getting annoyed when the working employee would ask questions and needed help.

5/16/14 Zero stars is not an option, otherwise I would select it. Purchased photo prints online, ready in one hour. I was told the photo machine was "down" after waiting an hour. Photos will be ready tomorrow. The manager did not seem to care to make an attempt to solve the problem. Just as usual, the employees exhibit severe laziness and lack care to do their jobs. They are aware that they get paid the same per hour weather or not I get the pictures that I previously paid for. This work ethic is spreading across our country at a rapid rate. Do less for more is the common idea that drives society to total entitlement. Sooner or later, the lazy will outnumber the hard workers. This store is an example of how this entire country will soon be. Support your local, small business owners, the only ones left that actually care about their customers.

Tire & Lube Review. Pitiful. Saddest retail experience ever. I was the only vehicle in the bay....all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. It took them two hours to change the oil. One worker had to get the manager to remove the oil filter. It was too hard! The other worker, couldnt do anything at all, so the two of them stood there and watched the dept manager/head do the oil change. When he left, they told me it took so long because they were were understaffed. How many grown men does it take to do an oil change? They left oil all over the top of the engine and down one fender. I told them not to worry about the tire rotation, didnt want to spend anymore time, plus I was afraid the tires would fall off later............... the store is okay for shopping, no problem there, but stay away from the auto dept.

This store has so many thing wrong its hard to start. Plus the issues arent new- i have gone there si ce itnopend/ there isnt another oneł. The store is filthy always. Every place. Poor service understaffed surly rude employees , vision staff wont uphold warrany for repairs! But sister store will ,20 miles away. Never any handicapped carts avail because they wint keep them chgd or travk them. Staff doesnt know anything snd doesnt want too. You cantever get any help even if your 100 lb handicapped senior Oh. And did i mention how DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY THE ENTIRE STORE IS? Floors bathrooms all of it! Znd when it rains tbey have buckets to catch water all over snd big chunks of plaster fall down. This place is a disgrace snd a lawsuit in the making

The picture of Walmart telling me to check the spelling of dictionary should explain this store on its own. Please help me understand....Where would someone check the spelling of a word?!! The majority of the cashiers, stockers & other employees are incredibly rude & completely unhelpful. There are a couple of people that are polite...But dont count on catching one of them. I have LITERALLY been run over by other shoppers... twice. Once, 8 months pregnant, I was pinned against a shelf by someone playing in an out of control electric wheelchair cart. The other time I was knocked to the ground by someone trying to push their way out of the store.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE MANAGER: I drove 220 miles to return a defect tablet ( charger would not work and wrong tablet in box walmart in Franklin Virginia sold me. ) I had to wait 1.38 minutes to return tablet and get a $15 gift card (An Insult) for the trouble they put me through. I reported to 1-800-walmart and so far, nothing has been Done. I spoke with the store manager before being required to return it to the store where I purchased (store Policy). I was told that others in the store could help me but employees were afraid to do anything without the store manager orders. Beware if you go to this Walmart in Franklin Virginia.

I went to this store recently to buy fabric and the lady that was soppost to help cut it by the yard completely ignored me standing there with fabric in hand waiting to be helped .. when I asked a man walking by that worked there he went and asked the lady who was soppost to be over there and she said " I will when I get the chance " and I sat there another 5 mins and she turned around and said its gonna be awhile before I get to you .. okay .. I dropped all my fabric and ribbon right there for her to put back up and walked out . And I did complain and write a long email to Walmart Customer service for the franklin V.A Walmart .

lazy and understaffed, the store needs new management. there is noone answering the phones and customer service is a joke, they are worse than the cashiers or floor workers. Never a smile or may I help you. Stockers are in the middle of the isle blocking they way. I am handicapped and must use a riding cart, they are broken, not available because they are unplugged or outside. No one ever offers to help empty the basket or put the bags in my car. Other walmarts have done this for me without blinking an eye. where are the COEs AND MANAGERS THAT ARE Raking in the money.
