I had such a negative experience. Poor customer service at this location! I spend a lot of time and money at Michaels and I went in looking for storage for my cricut and supplies. They had a sign that said "40% off all CRAFT STORAGE" next to this sign was a sign saying "4/$10 photo boxes" and had a row of these adorable carts under these signs and above these signs were a row of photo boxes. So, it clearly looked as if the "40% off CRAFT STORAGE" sign was for the craft storage rolling cart. NOPE. Its hard to describe how misleading this was so I will also post a picture on google. They would NOT honor their signage. Not to mention, no one will ask if you are doing ok, or if you need any help. Everytime I have gone and needed assistance it seemed that I was pulling the associate from socializing in the "frame" area or back room. The store is great in regards to selection and size but it seems they need customer service training.

There is quite an assortment of artist and craft materials which overall are reasonably priced. For those things that are higher quality, and thus higher priced, there are sales that make those items more available. Plus they have a membership rewards program which offers purchase benefits as well.
