Overall I like Michaels, but last week was bad. I asked a GROUP of employees for help, who were standing around talking. Not only did they act as if I was asking a question that didnt belong in their store (you do sell chipboard smh), but they didnt even bother to walk around or help in any meaningful way, just pointed and said, "try over there at the end" What.....where?! Ill still go there but never ask for help again. Ill do my research online, and go in prepared with item numbers written down if I absolutely cannot find something again and I need an employee. The ladies at the registers that day however, were quite nice as usual.

You find so many things you want to buy, then you walk to register line thats 25 people deep. Not just at Christmas time but every time you shop. Never enough help :( Too many coupons & certain dates & rules to follow. They make it impossible for the costumer :( They need A.C . Moore back to give competition. Come on Michaels managers, get your store more organized. Make register line time less long. Tell your clerks to smile :) Make spending money in your store more pleasant:)

When you walk in its like stepping into craft heaven.Excellent location in the Arena Hub and tons of parking. Most of whatever you could hope for is here crafters.. I cant give it 5 stars because the prices are ridiculously high, they stopped carrying counted cross stitch kits, they started to devote a lot of square footage to home decorations, and less to supplies to make your own.

Excellent store, always go there meaning to get just a couple things and that never works out, always get more because of the good prices. Staff is incredibly friendly and the manager is very personable

As a needlecrafter, a very poor selection of yarn in-store, and not being able to use multiple coupons is a major downside and normally not worth the trip. Staff is fine, just doing their jobs.

50/50 crafts vs decor. Its a big location, which is nice, but their ratio of craft supplies to decor is way different from what I observed at other Michaels stores
